    This newly furnished 7 bed 6 bath home is full of amenities you can't find elsewhere. After entering the grand entrance, you'll find a 16ft dining table that accommodates up to 18 guests to dine together.

    You'll find modern furniture throughout the interior of the home and an oversized loft with a sport bar.

    Each of the two Master King Suites, one of which is downstairs, has a desk and seating area for you to unwind, catch up on work or watch TV in private. Each of the remaining 5 bedrooms, without exception, has a queen size bed w/pillow top mattress, ample closet space, and a smart TV with access to premium channels including HBO and Showtime.
    We pride ourselves in offering a luxury family friendly vacation with the perfect activity to accommodate every guest. Experience your favorite film or watch the game in our custom movie theatre which offers a 100'' projector screen, 12 custom movie theatre seats and fresh popcorn from our theatre style popcorn machine. Done with your movie? Just walk right over to our 500 square foot. game room that's fully equipped with Arcade Machine, a pool table, ping pong table, LED smart TV and a fridge to keep your drinks cool without running back and forth to the kitchen.

    No vacation in AZ would be complete without a backyard oasis. Lounge by the pool or under the spacious cabanas OR join your family & friends while they play life-size Jenga, life-size Chess, bean bag toss .

    One of the largest public tennis courts in Mesa is about a mile away.

Great property and host!

The Hope Street Retreat was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean and comfortable with tons of things to do. Seven of my family, friends and I spent a four day golf trip here and could not be happier. Great property and host.

Our host was very accommodating. He responded quickly to a couple of issues that were handled right away. The amenities in this house are many, but what our group of 12 enjoyed most was the large, fully equipped kitchen, the dining table that seats 16, the theater room, the outdoor space with grills, gazebo, chairs a-plenty, the hot tub, and let's not forget the orange trees! The living room has lots of seating and the TV's were simple and easy to operate. A two-car was welcome, and the extra refrigerator there was extremely useful. The bedroom and beds are very comfortable and the showers were clean when we arrived. You may want to bring a few extra face cloths and bath towels with you as we ran short pretty quick into our stay. Our family gets together every year and this is one of the best, if not THE best house we've stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and not too close to any major road or freeway. The only vehicles you'll hear are the ones coming down your own street! We are already planning another stay at the Hope Street Retreat!

A great time was had by all

My family and I had the best week ever at the Hope Street Retreat. The property and furnishings were just as pictured. Between the home movie theater, game room, and pool we had a blast. Didn’t want to leave. We are a family of 16 and this is the first rental property that had everything we needed to cook and enough dishes and glasses for all of us. Even the beds are comfortable. Many rentals have terrible mattresses, but not here. Great place for a large family or group.

Great house for a private resort-like stay for friends

We had a group of 14. We loved the pool and outdoor space. The games room and movie room were a fun option. 7 bedrooms gave each couple a private room. The enormous kitchen was perfect for at home meals. The host was very responsive and we had no issues at all.Location is fine as long as you have a car. Mesa is quite sprawling so you need to drive or uber to get anywhere. This was fine for us as we all enjoyed our pool days at the house.Thanks for a great time Hope Street Retreat!

Fun stay

The houses space was great! The pool and orange trees were the best. Overall cleanliness was not great. One mattress in an upstairs room was not good. No dish cloths or wash cloths, we found that strange! We did totally enjoy our stay! Great response from the owner when we needed anything! (Early check in and a pack and play.)

Tired Property with Potential

This place has much potential and it’s obvious it had its glory days. The pictures posted in VRBO are dated sadly. Owners need to spend some time fixing what’s broken (the dryer, the hot tub (both very much needed!) and the keurig are examples. Most remote controls (except one or two) needed new batteries. There were not enough towels nor any washcloths anywhere. The shower curtains all have pink mildew at the bottom so need to be removed and cleaned. If the dryer would have heated lack of extra towels would not have been much of a problem. But the whole time we could not dry any of our laundry. The game room is very cool but literally none of the battery operated games worked. The air hockey table is a hazard- we worried it would fall over plus it didn’t turn on. The movie room is amazing! Please leave instructions for others on how to operate the projector and such though! Luckily we had one tech savvy member with us who figured it out but still needed our own ROKU app because the remotes didn’t work at all upstairs. The ice maker said the filter needs replaced. Water trickled out so we had to buy bottled water. Our family loved Arizona, and loved this neighborhood. But honestly The Hope Street Luxury Retreat needs some tender loving care put back into it.

This home was amazing for our group of friends. The backyard was the highlight of the trip. It felt like an oasis. We all had our own space and enjoyed the ample fun amenities throughout the home.

If you are hosting a HUGE event with a lot of people and want a place you don't have to leave, this is it! I brought my Student Government leaders here last week for 3 days to plan our year and do some team bonding. The kids and I had the best time. The main table seated all 19 of us, so that we could run meetings, and then when I could see they were getting antsy, they all took a break by swimming, soaking in the hot tub, or playing in the game room. They all took turns cooking in the huge kitchen. I think one time I saw 10 kids cooking and cleaning, and there was still so much space in the kitchen. The location is perfect, too, if you are looking for restaurants, shopping, or pickleball/tennis. Salman (owner) was great! He is very quick to answer any questions that you might have. See you next year, Salman, for another Student Government Retreat!

The house was spacious and awesome for a big family. The kids had so much fun in the pool, movie theater, and games. It was clean and the property manager was very accommodating. We had a wallet left behind and he mailed it to us. The rooms were big with plenty of room. We went over Halloween and went trick or treating in the family friendly neighborhood. I would highly recommend for anyone with a big family!

Beautiful home, amazing property owner!

We had such a great time. The home was beautiful, any time I was in need of contacting the owner he got back to me quickly. I would stay here again for many large family functions.
