The Space:
Each bedroom is upstairs, complete with resort-quality furniture & bedding, 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV, elegant feature wall, lighting, ceiling fan & design touches. The primary bedroom comes with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, electric fireplace, and sheik bathroom with walk-in rain shower and plenty of space to get glammed up. Bedroom #2 features a California king bed while two queen beds are in #3; both with closets & plenty of space left to move around. There is also a linen closet & full second bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs, The Easy calls you to relax in front of the electric fireplace on a premium-built couch while streaming the big game, movie or show on the 75-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV. When it’s time for a little more activity, enjoy mingling together in the kitchen & dining room with a full suite of appliances including Ninja blender and coffee maker. Enter The Easy from either the front door or back gate by the covered parking with a personal entry code sent directly to your phone. Take comfort in your security with video doorbells at both entrances that stream to Nest Hub Display in the kitchen & primary bedroom, which also control the thermostat. Gated pool is within a stone’s throw and available for all guests adhering to posted rules of conduct & hours of enjoyment.
