Pool and Spa Use
We’re delighted to offer our pool and spa for your enjoyment—perfect for relaxation and fun.
Pool: November-March pool is heated to 90 degrees; however, please note that the outside temperature significantly affects how warm it feels, and this is beyond our control. The pool heater is set on a timer/schedule.
Spa Heating- The spa is available on request at no charge from November to MArch. From April - October, the hot tub is available in the evenings on request for $50 a night. Please schedule via messages prior to your stay so we can set the schedule.
Pool Vacuum: Please do not remove the pool vacuum. A $250 fine may be charged for any motor damage, with additional fees if repairs are required.
No Glass in Pool Area: For safety, no glass is allowed near the pool. Any damage caused by glass will result in additional charges.
Children’s Safety: Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool or spa.
At Your Own Risk: The pool and spa are to be used at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty, and the host is not liable for injuries.
Parties and Noise Considerations
To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our home, we kindly ask that:
Parties and Events are Not Allowed: Please respect our no-party policy.
Maximum Occupancy: To ensure comfort, please adhere to the maximum occupancy.
Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise, especially at night. The city enforces a $1,000 fine for noise violations, and any fines incurred will be the guest’s responsibility.
