Whether you’re unwinding by the pool, hosting a stylish evening around the fire-pit, or enjoying the privacy of your own putting green, this home provides an exclusive Scottsdale experience designed to exceed your every expectation.

Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $150 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.

House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 25 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-There is no garage access at the home, however there is sizable room for parking in the driveway.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.

Very nice and relaxing

This property is very neat, clean and tidy. Very well appointed in the kitchen. The backyard is very nice and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, but in the heart of town. Super easy access. Well done!
