EARLY CHECK IN OPTION
We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by booking the night before. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until 24hrs before check-in to see if our schedule allows it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in isn't possible.

Late Check Out?
Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

OUTSIDE VENDORS
Outside vendors must be approved by hosts.

Parking
NO more than 4 cars allowed per booking, 2 cars in the driveway and 2 in front of the home.
**NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING HOMES.

No pets allowed.

To preserve the community’s tranquility, please be considerate of neighbors during your vacation.
To ensure our homes maintain high standards and neighborhoods remain peaceful, all guests must follow city and house rules.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests should be mindful of neighbors. The city prohibits loud music, excessive noise, events, and blocking neighbors’ driveways with street parking. Fines for violations will be the responsibility of guests. Overnight guests must not exceed the property’s posted occupancy limit.

Parties and events are not authorized at this listing. Any noise violations, neighbor complaints, or situation where law enforcement is called may result in fines up to $2500.

Accidents happen, if you find that an accident has occurred, we would appreciate if you could let us know before you checkout.

Per Scottsdale City Regulation - This property accommodates for a capacity of 12 guests total.

The property includes three (3) propane tanks that will be filled before your arrival.
