The space
The Agave Abode is just 20 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, 25 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and 30 minutes from State Farm Stadium. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests but we can accommodate up to 10 with our queen-size CB2 sleeper sofa located in the living area. Please note our pool is not heated and can become unusable during the colder months.

INTERIOR
This home features an open floor plan with spacious living room seating and large flat-screen TV. The open and airy kitchen is complete with center island and has been fully stocked with your comfort in mind. The in-unit washer & dryer is stocked with Tide pods and dryer sheets for your convenience.

BACKYARD
This home includes a non-heated pool and hot tub. The backyard retreat features outdoor dining, fire pit seating, lounge chairs, a hammock, outdoor TV, built in grill and turf area complete with corn hole.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. We offer 24/7 self check-in with a SmartLock for effortless access to the home. Guests will be sent check in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival with unique entry code and digital guidebook that includes pertinent information about the home. Check-in is 4PM. Check-out is 10AM.
Other things to note
This home offers fast WiFi & smart TVs for your streaming needs. The home is stocked with all the essentials you need to make travel easy - plenty of towels (pool + bath), toiletry essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a starter supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and dish soap.

There are 2 video/audio security cameras recording the front yard and the back yard of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

The pool is not heated which means it can become unusable during the colder months (October-March). Do not touch the pool vacuum and pool equipment. Removing the pool vacuum from the water will cause damage to the pool equipment and will result in a $250 fine. Please note: Pool maintenance comes by, through the side gate, every Thursday morning to clean the pool.

Landscaping maintenance comes by every other Thursday and let's themselves in the side gate.
