Valley Vista Estate, Paradise Valley: heated pool, swim-up bar, putting green, sleeps 30
Valley Vista Estate is a gated 12-bedroom Spanish Colonial estate in Paradise Valley, the quiet town between Scottsdale and Camelback Mountain. It sleeps 30 across 11,644 square feet, with 8 full and 2 half baths.
It was built for the groups most Scottsdale-area rentals cannot hold: multi-generational families, reunions, corporate offsites, golf trips and spring training weeks. Bedrooms are spread across the main house, an upstairs wing and a detached casita, so late nights and early mornings never collide.
Outside, a heated resort pool with a swim-up bar and built-in spa sits beside a sunken outdoor kitchen, two fire pits, an outdoor fireplace and a private putting green with a practice bunker.
Inside, a two-story great room with exposed beams opens to the pool through a wall of glass doors. A chef's kitchen with twin refrigerators and double ovens, a formal dining room for the whole group, a billiards room and a hidden game room above the casita round it out.
