The yard features a heated pool, a mini-golf course, & there is a life-size “doll” box for you and your friends to pose in for pictures! We can't wait to host you!
Soak up the sun in the gorgeous, large, and newly designed/landscaped backyard. The yard features your own private bar and built-in grill, outdoor dining, covered seating, loungers, a mini-golf course, and lots of yard games! Relax in the heated pool or on the beach loungers. Show off your vacation spot with photos next to the “Scottsdale” mural and of course in the infamous life size “Scottsdoll” box. Play mini golf, corn-hole (even the corn-hole bags are pink!), giant pink Jenga, or ping-pong when you want a break from floating in the pool. Wind down next to the fire-pit at night, below the glow of the string lights.
Inside, Dollhouse features a large and bright living area with a built-in bar, large island, oversized fridge/freezer, and electronic fireplace. The living room also features a 75-inch Smart TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon, and more. The home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room with top-of-the-line appliances, along with a Keurig (k-cups provided).
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed to accommodate two guests, a Smart TV, a large ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. There are three more bedrooms and two hall bathrooms. The second bedroom features two full-sized beds to accommodate four additional guests. The third bedroom features two full sized beds to accommodate four additional guests. The fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed to accommodate two additional guests. Every bathroom has a double vanity, and each room has a mirror, so everyone can get ready at the same time for a night out in Old Town Scottsdale!

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:
We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
