There are over 25 golf courses within 30 minutes. Whether you are here for lakes or mountains, Anthem is just 15 minutes from Lake Pleasant for water skiing, or 1.5 hours from Flagstaff for boarding and snow skiing. Off I-17 you are a short drive from Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

When you stay at this single-level home, shared amenities include walking/biking trails, basketball, playgrounds and more. Relax for movie nights on the flat-screen TV in the living area. An indoor electric fireplace sets the mood for cozy nights in. The provided children’s games and board games guarantee extra fun for the whole family. To have full access to the Anthem community center there is an additional fee of $90 for a 90 day pass for up to two people. This is optional if guests wish to enjoy full access to the community center pool, gyms, tennis, pickle ball and seasonal water slides.
