Montecito Luxe has three villas in a beautiful and relaxing vacation home with its own interpretation of the retreat’s chic elegance and luxurious comfort. Together, they harmonize to create the perfect getaway for families or friends traveling together. The focal point of the retreat is the stone-paved Pool Courtyard, ideal for fun and socializing, day or night. As you step inside each villa, you are greeted by beautifully appointed living spaces bathed in abundant natural light, with clean lines and tasteful furnishings.



Here, the essence of leisure and the spirit of hospitality intertwine, offering a tranquil backdrop for both introspection and shared moments.



MAIN GATE & GRAND PROMENADE

Step through the main gate and enter a breathtaking retreat where every step ushers you into a world of elegance and serenity. Flanking the Grand Promenade, the villas greet you, setting the stage for an unforgettable stay. Cozy sitting areas invite intimate conversations over morning coffee or evening cocktails. Plush woven chairs nestle around quaint patio tables, offering a sanctuary for relaxation, while a statue of the Buddha invokes a sense of calm and mindfulness.



CASA PRINCIPAL

Upon entering Casa Principal, you're welcomed by an open floor plan that harmoniously blends a sleek, contemporary kitchen with a living space designed for relaxation and social gatherings. The kitchen, a masterpiece of functionality and style, boasts state-of-the-art appliances and expansive marble countertops, setting the stage for culinary adventures and shared moments around a handsome dark wood dining table. The living area offers plush seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding. A stylish, remote-controlled gas fireplace adds a layer of sophistication and warmth during the cool Arizona evenings.



Adjacent, the second bedroom offers a unique sleeping arrangement with bunk beds featuring a queen bed over a king bed, complemented by a shared large flat-screen TV and fireplace, enhancing the room's appeal. The hallway bathroom showcases an elegant marble shower and spa-like features. The master suite features a king bed, an ensuite marble bathroom, and mood-setting adjustable LED lights for preparing for fun nights or waking up to relaxed mornings.



CASITA PROMENADE

Casita Promenade, right off the main entrance, mirrors its counterparts' opulence and open layout. Its kitchen shines with white countertops and brass fittings, while the living room, dressed in elegant gray tones, centers around entertainment and warmth with its large TV and gas fireplace. Both bedrooms echo the thoughtful design and comfort found throughout.



The master ensuite bathroom offers an indulgent, luxury spa-like experience. At its heart lies an oversized marble shower with a rain shower head, body jets, and a transformative steam room feature, offering a cascade of relaxation. Beyond the shower is a large jacuzzi perfect for unwinding in a warm, bubbly embrace after a day of exploration, golf, or leisure.



This sanctuary is complemented by a sleek vanity topped with stone, adjustable LED lighting around the mirror, and a technologically advanced Japanese toilet.



CASITA PISCINA

Casita Piscina introduces a contrast with more traditional aesthetics, highlighted by bold colors and dark woods. The spacious living room, with its majestic central cabinet and comfortable L-shaped couch, invites family gatherings, while the dramatic second bedroom and master suite, with their luxurious furnishings and modern amenities, promise a stay filled with comfort and style.

An adjoining bathroom connects the Casitas with a striking black marble shower and spa-style amenities.



The retreat includes six bedrooms and sleeps 16 people:

POOL COURTYARD

The pool and hot tub are framed by tasteful landscaping and comfortable loungers. They have adjustable LED lights that set the mood for a quiet evening or small get-together.



Next to the pool, you'll find a thoughtfully arranged outdoor lounge with a fire pit at its heart. The comfortable outdoor furniture makes it easy to relax and appreciate the fire's glow or the starry sky.



The outdoor dining space adds to the charm, featuring a large, contemporary table under a striking yellow umbrella. It's ideal for outdoor meals, from casual BBQs to more elaborate dinners, offering a unique setting for creating lasting memories.



The Pool Courtyard is not just a feature; it's a destination within itself. It's the perfect backdrop for creating lasting memories, whether basking in the sun or enjoying a poolside barbecue with friends and family.



PLEASE NOTE

To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $210 for pool heating.

A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a minimum of 3 days of heat.



If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations.



For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.



We are child-friendly! There is a safety fence separating the Promenade from the Pool Courtyard.
