This kitchen was made to gather in. Outfitted with high-end stainless appliances, a gas cooktop, quartz countertops, it's equal parts functional and beautiful. Bar-top seating keeps the conversation flowing while someone works the stove. Every detail was chosen with intention, because we believe the best trips always include at least one incredible meal cooked together.

Two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, all dressed in hotel-quality luxury linens, comfortably sleeping 8. Every room feels considered, warm, and beautifully styled in that effortless, curated way that makes you want to move in. A pack and play is available for little ones.

The primary suite is a dream. A spacious walk-in closet, a custom barn door, and private French doors open directly to the backyard oasis. Wake up, slide the doors open, and step straight into paradise.

BATHROOMS:

The primary bath is something special — dual vanities, a private toilet room, rainfall feature that turns your morning routine into a ritual. We've tucked living plants into the bathroom spaces to bring in natural energy, clean air, and that lush, organic feel that makes everything just a little bit better.
Guest bathrooms are equally stunning with custom tile and tub surrounds. Eco-friendly soaps, shampoo, and conditioner are provided throughout — because the details matter.

OUTDOOR:
This backyard will stop you in your tracks.
The outdoor space is a full desert oasis built for living. The brand new sparkling pebble-tec pool with water features and a Baja shelf is the centerpiece, perfect for floating, swimming, or simply sitting with a drink as the Scottsdale sun does its thing. Pool floats and pool towels are included. Two chaise sun loungers with umbrellas, an outdoor dining table, sectional sofa and chairs make this an outdoor living room you'll never want to leave.

POOL:
Pool heating is $125/day with 72 hours notice required. Depending on outdoor air temperature, pool temperature can range from 82–85°F. The pool does not have a safety fence — children must be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. There is no diving. The pool is 5 feet deep. Pool floats included.

The gazebo, a fire pit with seating, bistro lights, and a ficus-lined back wall for complete privacy round out a space that truly has it all. The grill is stocked with propane and ready to go.

LIVING SPACE:
Inside, the vaulted shiplap ceilings with a wood beam create a sense of warmth and openness that hits you the moment you walk through the door. The extended sliding glass doors blur the line between inside and out, letting the Arizona breeze move freely through the home and inviting the good energy in. Every corner has been curated with care: living plants, natural textures, warm lighting, and an easy open floor plan that's perfect for those who want to spread out and truly enjoy a space together.

PARKING:
Free parking in the driveway. Street parking also available. No garage. There is an outlet for an EV charger.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:
During your stay you may encounter service providers who assist with maintenance and upkeep of the home. Days and times are subject to change.

Pets welcome · $200 non-refundable pet fee · No pets without prior approval, including service animals.
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
A security deposit may be required depending on your booking platform.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have a doorbell camera and cameras on the exterior sides of the home facing the gates. There are no cameras inside the home.

✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.

Access will not be provided without successful completion.

As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form

The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.
