Golf Weekend

The house was amazing, the pictures don’t even do it justice. Great location, easy to get to all of the local spots. Property Manager was friendly and very responsive. Overall had a great experience!

Property is run down. Charged for a crack in mini refrigerator that was not damaged by our group. All springs in main sofa are broken. You sink to the ground. Property is good for a large group but needs attention. They tried charging for crib and highchair when it states available at no charge in ad. They did agree it should not be a charge after we brought it up. Was not terrible but not worth the amount we charged.

My friends and I spent 4 days at this house in Scottsdale to golf. It was a great place for friends to hang out. Plenty of common area space, indoors and outdoors.

Review for the Property Managers

We booked this house 18 months in advance but the day before we were supposed to fly out they informed us the house was double booked and we couldn't stay here. Not sure if that's true or they just wanted to fill another property they manage but they seemed genuine about the mistake and got us into another house. We had to stay one night in Property # 2674268 and then move to Property # 3202498 for the rest of the trip. I’ll review those 2 house below but the main reason for this review is to let you know who manages these properties and what to expect from them in terms of customer service or lack thereof. Property # 2674268: I won’t say too much about this place because we only stayed one night but the house, grounds, and pool were all very nice and well maintained. The rest of this review will be for Property # 3202498. Couple highlights if you don’t want to read the entire thing….my oldest son found a sewing needle in his bed and my middle son found dog food in his pillow case. When we checked in on Sunday afternoon the pool controls did not work so the water in the pool & hot tub were both cold and you couldn’t turn on any of the features like the slide or waterfall. I spent about 2 hours troubleshooting the controls with the property manager over text message but still couldn’t get it working. Monday came and went without the pool being fixed. They finally sent someone late Tuesday morning and got it working. That being the case we ended up running the pool heater for about 24-36 hours total but they refused to refund us our any of our $900 pool heating fee. The house itself is very strange but it was fine for what we needed. The pictures look really cool and the pool is fun, when it works, but the grounds are very messy. There is a broke down boat and truck on the side of the house along with junk behind the house and garage. The landscape is not well taken care of and there is a lot of broken stuff all around the property. The basketball hoop is bent to point of being useless and they only have a left handed putter for mini golf. We did have fun playing pickleball but the court has a lot of dead spots which could be frustrating at times. The fire feature on the pool doesn’t work, which is probably understandable but just wanted to point that out. Some of the beds are decent while others are very very hard. To sum it all up….renter beware. (Star ratings are for Property # 3202498)

Wouldn't recommend

A lovely home, but pool heater didn't work (a significant issue as we had children with us) and also the freezer broke while we were there. Furniture, indoors and outdoors, was worn, soiled and uncomfortable. Also, the beds weren't very comfortable. We've had better experiences at other VRBOs in this area.

Fantastic Vacation

Overall this property was amazing! The amenities, location and neighborhood were excellent. There are a few areas that needed a little better cleaning, the beds and couches were pretty tired, the freezer leaked and the stove top was not working properly. A few simple updates and this place would be perfect. We would go back for sure!

Golf Week in Scottsdale for 7

Nice property in a great location. Walked into a few issues that were immediately addressed by the property manager. Inside of the house was very clean, but the outside was not. The house had the bare minimum for supplies, and there were a few problems with the appliances. While the house has many beds, the two rooms with bunks have no closets or dressers, making a stay for more than 5 single adults or 4 adult couples a challenge. A decent stay could have been great with more attention to detail. The property manager saved the day with her quick support, but the issues were frustrating.

Fun family reunion at excellent location

This is a beautiful home that provided our family plenty of space, fun activities at the house, and a great location for hiking. Becca and her team (Lisa) were very helpful, cheerful, and attentive. Our family loves to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner – and did so for almost every meal. Therefore, the kitchen is key. Sadly, the cook top was broken....and the refrigerator leaked water around the frig throughout our stay. Though inconvenient, these were not showstoppers, as the host provided us two hotplates for our cooking. We would recommend this home as it was near perfect for our family reunion…. and expect that the kitchen appliance snafus have already been remedied.

Beautiful large home with limited occupancy

We rented this beautiful home to stay with other family members from SC while visiting our 5 grown kids & their families. It's spacious with plenty of "toys" for everyone to enjoy. It has 16 bedrooms including 3 Kings which could sleep 30 comfortably yet limits to 6 adults sleeping & 16 people overall. Strange for such a big, beautiful VRBO. The water & ice dispenser in the refrigerator was disconnected, Some of the shrubs needed trimming for safety for the kids using the swing set.

Great host, great place

Stayed here for a bachelor party. Plenty of space and room for everyone. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend for bachelor party or families. Plenty of games provided by host (putters for putting green, basketballs, slam ball, footballs, etc.)

Bachelorette Getaway

Me and my friends had such a great time at this property. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable for all of us. In the heat of the summer, the pool was a great thing to have. The property manager was useful and a great communicator. The neighborhood is quite residential and not exactly welcoming to a Bachelorette group, but we had no real issues and other than that our stay was fantastic!
