This luxury Desert Villa on one acre is newly remodeled with designer furniture. You won't find another luxury home where EVERYTHING inside/out is new for you! Enjoy your own private resort on a well landscaped acre with the McDowell mountains and beautiful skies as your backdrop. Amenities include but are not limited to game room/billiard, second game room with ping ping and shuffleboard, exercise room, indoor sauna, huge well-landscaped yard, heated pool, large jacuzzi, luxurious 2 island kitchen open to family room and views, and 5 comfortably well designed bedrooms with beautiful new bathrooms.

Pool can be heated or chilled $100/day or $400/week.

The pool can be heated in cool weather, and chilled in the hotter months. Also, in the hotter months, you'll enjoy our misting system to stay cool outside.

The house is close to everything - Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, Westworld, Barret Jackson, The Waste Management Open, Talking Stick Casino, Fountain Hills, Old Town, and more.

The neighborhood is full of views and large custom horse properties on acre lots.

If your party has children 6 or under please let us know at booking. We will install the pool safety fence per regulations and add a fee of $175 for installation labor. We will provide a high chair and pack n play as well for no charge.

Annual Family Getaway
Beautiful 5,000+ sq.ft. home in an upscale Scottsdale neighborhood, with more amenities than you could imagine. Gorgeous backyard with pool and hot tub, grill and covered seating cooled by misters and powered sunshade. Great place to gather and socialize after a day on the golf course. Our group consisted of 10 seniors, all in their 60's-80's. Beds were very comfortable. Deep driveway with loop made parking a breeze for our 5 SUV's. Owner was very responsive to any and all questions we had. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Perfect Compound
Traveling with larger group aged 1 to 65. Needed space and activities on-site as going off-site with 2 infants is difficult. 5 bedrooms all with on-suites worked perfectly. Pool/hot tub/putting green/large yard worked great. House is very clean and modern with lots of space. Location is near restaurants and grocery. Owner was terrific with communication. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Great stay!
This is a beautiful, spacious house with wonderful amenities! We appreciated how it was stocked with all the basics like trash bags, kleenex, TP, etc. and even extras like coffee and ziplock baggies. The host was communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a perfect trip!
This is the perfect house for a large group. We stayed here with our teenage kids and the grandparents for a perfect 4 days! The house has everything you need and is in a great location to shop and stock up. Look forward to returning in the warmer weather!

Luxurious Home in Idyllic Location with Amazing Host!
This home (ESTATE) is absolutely gorgeous! The décor is beautiful, the ceilings are soaring, the home is well-stocked and immaculate, the amenities are luxurious, and the outdoor space is OUTSTANDING!! With the pool (and stone waterfall), hot tub, putting green, fireplace and fire table, and loungers, this home has the ultimate LUXURY backyard!! On top of all of that…Chris was AMAZING! He answered all of my questions super quick, shared how-to guides for the sauna, tv, and kitchen, and went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we had the best stay!! And we did!! We are already talking about returning :-) Thank you, Chris for sharing your home with us! It was truly the best vacation and we cannot wait to return!!

Amazing - book it now!
Ever have that moment where you walk into a rental house and realize it is so much nicer than you could have imagined? Stop looking and book this house now. Everything is clean, modern, and new. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING - pool toys, lawn games, TVs everywhere, a gravy boat, first aid kid, a beautiful Brunswick pool table, awesome towels, a brand new hot tub…..the list goes on and on. The house is massive with a separate casita - read the very helpful review here that covers the layout. The best part of the house is the backyard. Pool with waterfall, dining table, fire table, fire place, three separate seating areas. We almost never left the property. The house is also great for kids - high chair, pack-n-play, awesome pool fence, no stairs anywhere, etc. I was worried the location was a bit remote, but it’s a very short drive to the 101 and central Scottsdale. Grocery store 5 minutes away, etc.

Amazing Experience
We can’t say enough good things about our experience. Communication was superb, check in was easy and the home was clean and comfortable for our family. So much to do for the adults and the kids!! Wonderful property: beautifully decorated and well supplied (kitchen, baths, laundry, pool towels, etc). Better than a 5 star resort!
This property is magnificent! Our family had a spectacular time reuniting with our son. The house is immaculate, tastefully decorated and very well appointed. The beds are SO comfortable with lots of clean towels and huge tv’s everywhere. We loved the sauna and master bedroom bath amenities. The real fun is outside though. The beautiful pool and putting green are we’re big hits. Everyone loved the hot tub for soaking after hiking some of the most beautiful trails the state has to offer. The best thing about this entire experience was how easy Chris made it. He met us there upon arrival, gave a tour and showed us how to use everything. Every question and text was answered quickly a cordially. A big thank you to Chris from all of us for making our trip so special!

Large and Very Well Equipped
The property is exactly as shown in the photos. It's a nice big house on a decent size lot in a quiet neighborhood near the Mayo Clinic. Because there are many photos (it is a large place) it isn't perfectly clear what's what. In short, there are 3 bedrooms clustered together on one side of the house, which includes an ensuite bunk room and two other ensuite bedrooms. The very large master suite is on the other side. The sauna and office/home gym are attached to the far side of the master. The casita is really nice. It has its own ensuite bedroom, wet bar with microwave, and it is perfectly proportioned for the very nice, seemingly new Brunswick brand billiards table that's in there. My son learned 9-ball on our trip. So much fun. The pool is fairly large and sparkling clean. The patio area around it is very nice and has a nice and apparently removable safety fence. Chris offered to take it down because we didn't have small children but we didn't mind it and actually thought it looked nice. Besides being big and brand new, the best thing about this property is how well equipped it is. Chris didn't skimp on quality. The furniture is nice and there's enough of it. The right stuff is in the right places. The kitchen is very nice and there are plenty of utensils, glasses, mugs, plates. All the small appliances are there. (Even an instapot, if that's your thing.) There are enough towels, hand towels and washcloths in each bathroom, of which there are many. They even have good cocktail tools. A large group (easily 10) with high expectations can have a very good time and a comfortable stay at this property.

Amazing Arizona Retreat
We loved our time at this property - it was perfect for a multi-generational vacation. The pictures online, can’t begin to do this property justice - it’s an outstanding home, indoor and out. Gorgeous new interior design. So many game options + pool to keep all family members entertained. From check in to check out, attention from the property owners was immediate & provided solutions. The location of the property provided quick access to fantastic hikes and golf courses. Local restaurants were good and downtown Scottsdale restaurants weren’t far. The Frank Lloyd Wright, Penske Museums & PHX were a close drive too. Great vacation!
