Summary:
The Ritz Waters Edge home is located on the lake in a tranquil, gated-community. This newly remodeled home was designed with relaxation in mind, tons of natural light, and an amazing unobstructed lake view, heated pool at no additional charge!

The Space:
Enjoy listening to your favorite music on the Sonos sound system while playing pool or relaxing in the outdoor heated pool. Make yourself a delicious meal on the gas BBQ grill or using the Kitchen Aid Professional appliances in the kitchen, which has been stocked with many spices and pantry needs to make your stay truly amazing.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the property, including use of the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The home sits on the lake within an intimate, gated-community. Sidestep the arrid Arizona landscapes and enjoy the gorgeous lakeviews and lush green grass all throughout the neighborhood. This is a great location for enjoying the golfing community at the nearby golf course, shopping, dining, and other entertainment venues.

Getting Around:
No public transportation within the neighborhood, however, Uber and Lyft is readily available for any transportation needs. Additionally, you are welcome to use the three car garage if you choose to drive or rent a vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
Concierge services available upon request. Need the refrigerator or bar stocked before you arrive? Let us know and we can pre-stock the kitchen or bar with whatever you may need, for an additional charge. Daily housekeeping also available.

Great Experience

We had such a great stay at this property! The views and amenities were fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough about the lake/pool outdoor area. Was incredibly peaceful and everything you could want in a great outdoor space with a view. The home itself is stunning and worked great for our little family. Very clean and not lacking any essentials. Great communication with the owner. We will absolutely be visiting again!

Great Experience at Chandler, AZ Home

Six of us stayed at this beautiful Ocotillio neighborhood home and had a pleasant stay. It’s not far from the freeways and a grocery store is nearby. The home has well rounded accommodations and the salt water pool was the highlight for me - daily swims to hang out in the 110F heat. Excellent kitchen for those of us that love to cook. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are fantastic, A/V options and Wi-Fi worked well, and everything was clean. Christian, the host, was a clear and helpful communicator. I highly recommend this home for your next stay in Chandler/Phoenix.

It’s our 3rd time staying at this property. We have never had issues and always enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfy. The couch is also comfy. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all necessities to cook and eat. It’s also great touch to have a beverage fridge filled. Christian has always been great at communicating and responds quickly to any questions.

Amazing house

This is one of the best houses we have ever rented. We didn't want to check out. Everything was actually a little bit better than we hoped for on ever level, the rooms, beds, pool, patio, neighborhood, accessibility to shops and restaurants. Chandler luxury home

This is the second home and time we have stayed at a home of Christian’s. They both have been wonderful. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed sitting out on the deck on waters edge. As we walked in we immediately felt at home. Will be back!

Quiet and Relaxing

The house is spacious, beautiful and immaculate. The backyard provides a calm and relaxing experience. The pool is lovely and the house overlooks a beautiful lake. Easy commute to downtown Chandler, Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Beautiful Home

The house was as beautiful as the pictures. Modern, clean house with wonderful beds, clean sheets and towels. The lake view, heated pool and patio was very relaxing. This host goes up and behind to insure you have an enjoyable stay. Beers, water and sodas in the wine bar, just like the picture shows. Always nice having the comforts of home, and this place definalety provide that for me.

Wonderful Chandler Retreat

We rented this property for a week while our kids attended a sports camp relatively nearby. The house sits within a serene gated community. The house itself was airy, bright, clean, and meticulously appointed, with lots of smart-home conveniences. The rooms were comfortable, and we and the kids really enjoyed the outdoor space, which included an outdoor grill, seating area, and heated pool, all overlooking a small lake within the community. The location was convenient to the kids' camp, but is equally convenient to restaurants and attractions in Chandler, Scottsdale, and Phoenix proper. Christian, the owner, was great and super organized/responsive. All of the information about the stay was packaged to us ahead of time, as well as printed in a full-color book awaiting our arrival to the home. We would be happy to stay again next time we're in the area.
