The location of this hotel couldn’t get much better. Walking distance to everything in Old Town Scottsdale. It was so nice not to have to rent a car or Uber everywhere. The room itself was not clean. The property is run down and feels dirty and feels like you’re in bad parts of downtown.

Nicely renovated but details such as tub enclosure grout failing, tub spout 3/4 inch from contact with the wall, paint overspray on the bathroom ceiling light detract from the remodel work. The cox tv control volume and channel buttons didn’t work. Channels could be changed through the Guide. Volume could be changed on the side of the tv. The bed was very comfortable and lots of cabinet and closet space. Nice towels with plenty supplied. Right next to old town with its many restaurants and shops. Close to the AZ canal for biking. Overall it was very nice. Some cosmetic attention in the BR would help.

Awesome location in the heart of it all!

Hotels can be pricey in Scottsdale. Comparatively speaking, this is a rather affordable and more than decent enough place that exceeded my expectations. Probably the BEST thing about this place is the location. You are in the HEART of Old Town Scottsdale and can frequently just walk to many locations. I would come again!

The bad….the ceiling in the shower needs repairing, the hvac system in the main room did not adjust, the bed rolled around. The good..everything else, very happy with my stay, the room was unexpectedly big, I wish I’d had more people with me. I will definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and nice during my checkin and out process however, the door to my room didn’t not lock or close properly unless it was slammed shut. The walls were really thin and we could hear both rooms next to us talking all night and the room above during their adult activities.People were playing music super loud in their car as well as them yelling in the car park during the night while trying to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend staying there unless you don’t plan on staying there much.

The remote control didn't work, fire alarm rang for no reason, not lit enough outside parking, breakfast was only coffee and a piece of fruit. Some sketchy teen approached the car inside the parking asking to use a phone. No elevator.
