Unfortunately, if a guest prepaid through a third party, such as Expedia, the guest must contact the third party in order to make any changes to the reservation. Though I do not have a direct contact number, I know that Expedia has a 24/7 help line. I believe if you go onto the website and go to the section titled "Help Center" and continue in the "Lodging" portion you can select the subcategory "Cancel your hotel or vacation rental booking". In this they provide instructions on how to cancel. If this does not work, I believe there is an option to select "get in touch". This will take you to a page where you enter your information and a representative will contact you. Though this was not the exact information you had requested, I hope you found it somewhat helpful. We hope to get the chance to service you again in the future.
