The pool heater will be turned off by default. $45 a day to heat the pool and we do require 48 hours notice to turn pool heater on as it does take time to for the temperature to be right especially during colder weather.

Dog Policy:

Dogs are allowed upon approval. $100 pet fee (per pet, 1 max, under 40 lbs)

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Fine of $300 will incur if hair is found on furniture or bedding.
DO NOT leave dogs unattended under any circumstances.

Smoking IS NOT ALLOWED indoor! Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.
