Excellent spot for a family stay!

Our family enjoyed everything about our stay on 1st Avenue for a graduation celebration weekend. Gwen was very helpful and extremely acommodating, and the house was just as anticipated with everything one could possibly need. We took advantage of the location near Valley Ho and spent an afternoon lounging by the pool with a reasonably priced group resort pass. A perfect weekend! We will be back!

Clean and Cozy

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great! We also hosted Thanksgiving dinner here and could not have been more pleased with how stocked the kitchen was with everything we needed. Not only did we feel right at home, we did not want to leave, and the host was great!! We will be staying there again =-).

Amazing weekend!

This house is adorable with tons of amazing details. The gym allowed me to not miss a workout, which I appreciated! The location is top notch. 8 minute walk to old town, and a short 30 minute drive to Glendale and Peoria which we were traveling to for my nephews baseball games. Host went above and beyond to accommodate anything and everything we needed. Everything was much appreciated, and we had a great weekend!

Uber chill vibe

A friend and I booked our stay at the last minute and we are so happy we did. Gwen and Todd have designed an extremely comfortable space to enjoy for a short 4-night stay or long term visit. Our busy holiday weekend was so much more enjoyable knowing that our hosts thought of every detail designed for our comfort. Add to that, the location of this home is just perfect for a walk through Old Town; and their proactive thoughtful messages prior and after arrival were a breath of fresh air. I will definitely stay here again.

Super Location and a Good Value

We stayed for a full 6 weeks from halfway through January all the way through February. The place has a beautiful location because it's quiet and peaceful, yet right across the Street from Old Town Scottsdale so you can actually walk places--a rarity in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The house is roomy and comfortable and every effort has been made to make it clean and modern. But the real treat is the communication with the host. Both Gwen and Todd are excellent to work with and I highly recommend this property.

The house in Scottsdale was perfect for what we wanted to do. Explore Scottsdale, see some baseball and have a comfortable place to do it in. The house is comfortable, and the outdoor patio was great!

Loved the house

The house is ideally located to walk to restaurants, the grocery store and hiking trails. I appreciated that it was very well equipped with trash bags, dish soap, spices, hair products and hairdryers. We cooked on the grill and was pleased to find the pots, pans and knives to be in good condition. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a small house but perfect for the three of us over Thanksgiving. I highly recommend. I look forward to renting again soon.

First-Class on 1st Avenue Appropriately Named

Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable home located within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the Giant's stadium. Communication with Gwen and Todd was great. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We did. They also provided special touches throughout the home to make their guests feel at home. Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a fun and relaxing trip and we would definitely stay at First-Class on 1st Avenue again.

Great Scottsdale Home

My friends and I have been coming to Scottsdale for years for Spring Training baseball. This house was the perfect home base for the four of us. Perfectly situated walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. The house is exceptionally clean and tastefully appointed. Owner was excellent.

We loved the house very clean and modern with new appliances and bedding and iPad controls

The house was clean and remodeled and very comfortable wirh ipad controlled tv and music. The area near downtown Scottsdale and the valley Ho resort was ideal. You could walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. The owners are very nice and accommodating and checked on us to make sure we were comfortable.
