One of the big secrets you will enjoy at this home located in Happy Valley, is the weekly hot air balloon “shows” directly over the house. This 7 bed/6 bath home sleeps up to 10 adults and 11 kids, on three levels. There is a huge, adult loft game area AND a kids gaming/play area with two bunk rooms in the walk-out lowest level. Zero entry main level has 3 bedrooms with King beds and 1 with a Queen and ALL 4 King bedrooms have their own private balcony or patio. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and then two others have a split en-suite, meaning it has a door to bath directly but also a door from a hallway.

This oasis in the heart of the desert hosts, a heated pool with a waterfall, fire pit, 9-hole putting green, 1 fireplace, outdoor BBQ kitchen, baseball hoop area, ping-pong, pool table, slapback shuffleboard, poker table, “Golden Tee” machine, a 4 person arcade with 1,300 games, dart machine, air hockey, foosball, double “pop a shot”, all smart TV's, Direct TV and free wifi, and more.

Please note: By law this house may NOT be used for Parties or Events or Large Gatherings. No loud music or parties are allowed and guest will be removed without refunds and reported to reservation websites and police.

*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
*Please note Bunk Beds are only able to accommodate children.
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool is serviced every Wednesday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*No pets allowed
*Pool heat can be scheduled for $150+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in)
*A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
*This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. Maximum of 6 adults plus their dependent children are allowed.
* Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
* Home equipped with guest occupancy monitoring device.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you
