Wedding Weekend

We were in town for my daughter's wedding. The house was perfect and fit our needs beautifully. It is much nicer and larger than it appears in the photos. We would definitely be happy to stay there again!

Quality stay

Good quality stay. I would recommend the property to others. Great access to most areas of Phoenix...it felt like everything was 20 min or less away from the property.

Great property

All was excellent except for incorrect information with the check-in process. Evolve must have multiple rental properties and I received the wrong door code instructions. Initially was unable to reach the property manager and was locked out. Texted and via a few exchanges, sorted things out and finally unlocked the door.

Spring Training Visitation

We loved the property and location.The proxity to the Legacy Clubhouse, Gallaghers Restaurant and the grocery store was very convenient. Several household ammenties are lacking attention. Both propane tanks were empty and the security alarm went off twice following power outages. Cami addressed both issues promptly. About a half dozen light bulbs were burned out. The sheets on the master bed need to be replaced. Sleeping was uncomfortable as the sheets did not stay on the mattress. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

80th birthdat trip

The house was perfect with an easy entry for my 80 yr old mother, plenty of bedrooms for each family member and the backyard/pool area was wonderful.

Phenomenal

Outdoor dining

Everything was great! Clean! Our property manager was spot on! Only issue was the outdoor kitchen-bbq. In searching for the proper house we all loved the pictures of the outdoor kitchen. Once we paid in full we were told on the website that the bbq was off limits. Should be notified up front

Beautiful property

Beautiful, clean property, safe area, very close to many fast food restaurants, Walmart and Target. Beds are comfortable and decor is beautiful. Two minor issues we hope owner will address…Master bedroom does not cool down like the rest of the house and the kitchen desperately needs two new skillets. They were unusable after our first breakfast because it took two days of soaking and scrubbing to get them clean. We went to Walmart to buy one to use for the remainder of our stay. Those issues would not stop us from staying there again. It a very nice property in a great location.

Stayed here for a family wedding, played some gold, great location on the course, great layout. Clean, nice amenities! We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home!!! Horrible Host!!

To begin, THIS HOME IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately, the host Cami was deplorable. First, I was given the incorrect gate and code entry instructions for the gated community. I called and text but did not receive a response until after I had to follow someone into the wrong entrance. I later informed Cami of the correct gate and instructions after I had to find out on my own. She never acknowledged this or apologized for the inconvenience. Upon entry, I immediately noticed that the refrigerator was not working due to the 2 bags of melting ice in the freezer and hot cans of soda in the fridge. Once Cami finally responded (via text) I attempted to call her, but she told me she was on another call. Once I was finally able to speak with her, she was very condescending, laughing telling me that she was just at the house yesterday and the fridge worked fine (she did the same thing regarding the code before I found the correct gate and instructions) It wasn't until the evening of day 2 (5p-8p) that she was able to get someone out to look at the fridge. She then told me an untruth that the technician told her the fridge was working fine. But per my daughter, he told her that he reset the fridge and "it should begin to cool down" which it did not. Day 3 I informed Cami that the refrigerator was still not working, she basically treated me like everything I told her was a lie. I informed her that I had planned brunch and dinner, but those plans are spoiled. Bad manager experience.

Good location in a quite nice Neighborhood

The property is located at the golf court, which 15-20 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. Near by supermarket, and some restaurants. The house is very clean, with sufficient supplies. We enjoyed our stay.

Wedding at Legacy Golf Resort

What a wonderful location for anything at Legacy Gold Resort. The house was centrally located and accommodating for our group. We did get scolded by the property manager for showing up 20 mins early. I was told this could be consider trespassing and I could be prosecuted and fined. We were 20 mins early so I called to see if we could gain access to the home. OUCH... All-in-all it was a beautiful property that we would book again. Just Beware of the Evolve group.

More than Relaxation to the Vacation!

This property was amazing! So comfortable... it had everything we needed to stay comfortably, enjoy a few meals and just hang out in the family room and by the pool! The property was clean and easy to maintain. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Beautiful house

The description and pictures of the house were accurate. Our friends truly enjoyed all the amenities. The house was spotless and everything was in order. HOWEVER, I will never again book a vacation property through VRBO. The check-in process was a disaster as the code to enter the residence did not work. I tried repeatedly to contact the property manager indicated on the lease information and received no answer. We waited 4 hours in the driveway with 7 people on cell phones trying to resolve the issue. Finally I found a number for Evolve and the situation was resolved within 15 minutes. The customer service rep was professional and polite. I do not recall her name but she was able to provide an access code after contacting the property owner. I will give Evolve's service a 10 and Vrbo's service a zero. I believe monetary relief from Vrbo is not an unreasonable request. Given their refusal to respond to my requests, I would appreciate Evolve's intervention on my behalf to be compensated for their lack of professional communication and service.
