キッチンはついているものの、アメニティ(皿やその他はもちろん、ドライヤーなども)は全て受付でお願いしないと何もありません。貸し出しをお願いしてもそれはない、これもないで、貸出された数も揃わない食器やフライパンは油汚れがつき、触るだけでべたつき、とても使えませんでした。バスタオルは酷くくすんでボロボロでした。床は禁煙室のはずですがタバコなのか焼け焦げ跡が多くありました。換気扇はものすごい騒音で、隣の部屋に気を使いながらお風呂に入りました。2度と行きません。

タバコの匂いが気になる
チェックインは至ってスムーズでした。禁煙の部屋を予約していましたが、部屋に入るとタバコの匂いとSmoking freeの文字。(部屋の前には禁煙マークが貼ってありました。)フロントに部屋の変更が可能か確認したところ、空いていないとの回答でとても残念でした。昼寝にフロントに電話が繋がらなかった点もまた残念です。ちなみに来年から全室禁煙になるとのことを後日お聞きしました。 枕元にコンセントがなかったので持参した延長コードを使用しました。最も近いコンセントはベッド横のデスクの下でした。 ハウスキーピングは毎日行われないため、滞在日数分のアメニティが準備されているようです。(長期滞在の場合はどうなるか不明。) 空港からUberで5分強と近く、部屋は広々としており基本的に快適でした。 Check-in was very smooth. Even though I booked a non-smoking room, it smelled bad like a cigarette and there was a notice “Smoking free”. (There was a non-smoking mark in front of the room.) When I asked the front desk if it was possible to change the room, I was very sorry about the answer that other room were unavailable. Also when I called to the front desk to ask something, they didn’t answer. By the way, I heard later that all rooms will be non-smoking from next year. I used the extension cord I brought because there was no outlet near the bedside. The nearest outlet was under the desk next to the bed. Housekeeping is not done daily, so it seems that amenities are prepared for the number of days of stay. (I don't know what happens if I stay for a long term.) By Uber from the airport, just over 5 minutes, and the room was pretty comfortable.

Staff was unprofessional - first young woman at the front desk was on her phone on loud speaker with a friend cussing and saying the n word all while I just stood there waiting to be checked in - she saw me but didn’t even care to get off the phone then after 5 min mouthed to me if I wanted to check in while her friend is screaming on loud speaker. Then I had an older gentleman who had no personality and seemed he hated being there, I asked where I could find your room and was told “somewhere over there” which wasn’t helpful at all. The ENTIRE building smelled so disgusting I literally had to hold my breath - I have no idea what was causing the small but it was everywhere - the elevator, room, laundry room, etc. Definitely would not stay again.

This place was WAY overpriced for the state it was in - our room was dirty, the area outside the elevator was dirty, and there is not much to do around the area. One of the concierge members mentioned when asked about safety that they would not leave their cars unlocked. Stay in Scottsdale instead.

This property was not properly showed. It was more like a rundown apartment. The 3rd floor smelled terrible. The toilet seat was falling off. Counters were falling apart. Entire place was too nasty for me to have my family there. We found a neighboring nice hotel and booked a room. There was no staff even working the front desk when we decided to forfeit our room at 6:30pm. We left the keys on the counter and found a very nice hotel across the street. I have pictures of this hotel to follow up with. Overall a terrible situation!

Right next to noisy highway construction and some type of canal project that has huge noisy machines running 24/7. One night a homeless person was passed out between the bushes and the backside of the building! Only dining around was a waffle house. Nothing else even in sight. Lots of large groups seemed to be coming and going every morning so very very noisy lobby and never any parking.

Decided to stay at this hotel because it was so close to the airport. The room we stayed in very ‘used’ and the furniture was worn. The linens and towels were a light shade of grey ( funny smell) and the bathroom had mold around the shower. Didn’t feel like the room was up to par with hotel sanitary standards. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

Awful, overpriced and wreaks of smoke! Avoid this place. Staff was rude and not helpful of at all present. Place stinks like cigarettes from the 70’s. Rooms are ok but bathroom was so small could barely fit. Door almost hits commode. Terrible value and nothing around it either.

Gross!
I wasted $600 on this hotel. There were no toiletries in the room and no coffee pot or hair dryer. The carpet was gross and it smelled musty. The shower faucet would not quit running. I asked 3 times for a hair dryer, and was told they were all checked out. Why is the not one in every room? The front desk wasn’t really helpful. Unless you need a kitchen for some reason, do not waste your money. The bed was hard and didn’t have a real comforter, just a sheet and thin blanket. I expected a much better stay for $200 a night. It was gross.

The refrigerator didn't work , there were No cup, plates or utensils. Kitchen gfi plug didnt work. You had to be Hercules to turn off bath faucet completely. WORST ONE I'VE EVER STAYED IN!!! THEY ALSO CHARGED $25 per dog- per night!!! What a rip off!

My bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on concrete all night. My room was on the 2nd floor and you could hear every move someone made above and below so that wasn’t great.

Cheap for a reason
This place was kinda cheap ot was close to where i needed to be the next am. Only 1 person to check-in guest took me about 20 min to check-in. From the outside it looks ok but it was old and run down bathrooms are gross. Not a fan of the paper thin walls or children screaming at 4 am. Justvspend the extra 50-60 bucks and get a nice place also loke 3 of my outlets did not work and 2 lights/lamps also the bed side table was broken thank god i only needed the room for 1 night

気になった点 : 客室の快適度
If we knew it was " animal friendly", we wouldn't have stayed. The animals didn't stink, but the cleaning solutions that they used to cover the pet smells was overpowering.
