Bed was comfortable, neighborhood was nice and quiet, the house really was close to everything. The only request I would have would be to have a skimmer on hand, so guests can get any bugs that get into the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Graduation paradise

Our stay was amazing. The house was beautifully decorated. We spent a lot of time out in the pool and on the patio. My granddaughter graduated so this was a special surprise for her. Check in was so easy. The whole property inside and out were spotless. I will be using this home when I come to Arizona. Thank you for making our stay so special.

This house was perfect for our family. Great location and our boys loved the heated pool and basketball hoop. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Great stay

I traveled with a small group of friends in Phoenix for spring training. This was a great location to easily get to multiple ballparks and a variety of restaurants. The pool and back patio were excellent places for the mornings and evenings.

Disappointing and in need of repairs.

We spent Four days at this place wondering what was going to come apart next.Cheaply done and already falling apart.Toilet is about ready to break away from floor, bolts rusted and the whole thing wobbles when you sit on it, just waiting to break.Shower rod in bathroom…clear masking tape holding it together, towel rod hanging out of the wallClosets doors, most off track and falling off.Dishwasher rack comes out of dishwasher.The shades in the front windows aren’t even usable and appear to be glued to windows frame.Only saving grace for this place is the pool, clean & warm, but don’t count on the outdoor space be nearly as appealing as photos. All the cushions are filthy and stained, the TV is about to fall off wall, the grill looks good until you touch it,wobbly like most things. The side yard is just a hazard for kids or animals, the pool equipment is right by patio so trying to talk or watch a game in Outdoor space is a little difficult.Ready to fall apart and cheaply done from furnishings to remodel.If they spend some money and fix this place up it would be worth it, as it stands after our visit, we say it is not the value you think.Note to owners.Simple fixes and better service is what I would recommended. Contact me, I made a list with pictures.Check in was not as it should be. I had to phone someone ( assuming owners) at 4:30, after requesting an early check in. Poorly handled.If someone is managing this for you, they are doing a poor job.

Great place

Clean, lots of towles, just as listed and pictured. The pool was actually really warm! Communication with the property manager was easy. One of the better vrbo's weve stayed at. And we have stayed at a quiet a few! Only thing would be the area. Its not the nicest neighborhood but we had no issues at all. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful property

Literally had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The rooms were clean for the most part (just a couple of things here and there needed attention) Communication with the property managers was great and timely. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Great stay. Great Location.

The house accommodated 9 of us nicely. The amenities provided made our stay very comfortable. We were a short drive away to shops, restaurants and the Stadium. Thank you to the hosts for easy check-in and providing informations sheets at the house. We would stay here again.

Misleading Advertisement for Property in Peoria

The property we rented was not accurately represented in the Vrbo listing. The backyard was just dirt, the pool water was too warm, there was a taped window, and the patio furniture was broken. Inside the house, the temperature would rise to 77 degrees on its own, the couch was worn, a glass frame was broken, and the walls, doors, and bathrooms were not clean when we arrived. Furthermore, we found hair and debris on the bed sheets. We cannot recommend this Vrbo property and do not plan on returning.

5 star home/3 star backyard

I want to give this property a 5 star so badly as the home was just perfect, however, the backyard was a huge disappointment and looks nothing like the photos, and we had a few other minor issues. First the Pros: clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, great communication with property manager, easy check in and GREAT location near grocery store and lots of entertainment, places to eat and shop! Cons: the main living room couch needs to be replaced as there is obvious wear and tear, we were unable to access/park in the garage even though it was listed as a parking option on the listing, the propane tanks were empty (we offered to fill them so that we could grill and we did get reimbursed). Biggest con is the backyard - dead bushes, dead grass, all dirt and weeds, lots of bird waste, patio furniture very dirty and damaged. The pool was very refreshing but not super clean either. The backyard needs some major TLC to look like the photos.
