Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do NOT strip the beds! - We will take care of that for you.
Please turn AC up to 80 during summer months and heat to 65 during winter months. Thank you!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please do not park overnight on the street. There is room for 2 smaller cars in the garage as well as 2 cars in the driveway.
We have a garbage service that comes Thursday evenings to take out cans and returns them Friday evening, as well as pool service on Mondays.
Please no glass or breakable items outdoors for your safety. We have provided plastic dishes to be used for outdoor dining and relaxing by the pool.
