Thanks so much for the praise of the property. We did have a few days of chilly weather. The hot tub a popular destination, did have some mechanical issues but our Maintenace team got it back up and running the next day. I will be pleased to share your compliment to the F&B Team. So sorry about your experience. We allowed you to stay after a rough first night of noise from your room. Second day a domestic disturbance was issues by Paradise Valley Police were called. We had many complaints from your neighbours regarding the noise. I am sorry you were disappointed as we provided a complimentary upgrad to one of our nicest suites.
