This 4-bedroom home was envisioned and styled by our in-house design team, blending modern desert textures, soft natural light, and thoughtful details meant to make you instantly exhale. It’s the kind of place that invites long conversations around the kitchen island, slow mornings by the pool, and evenings where the glow of the grill meets the desert sky.



The Space:

Perfect for professionals, couples, and groups who appreciate both beauty and breathing room, the home offers open-concept living anchored by a chef’s kitchen, purpose-built for gatherings and private-chef experiences. The bar and kitchen flow seamlessly into the living area, setting the stage for shared meals, laughter, and celebration.



Every detail was placed with intention, from the hand-selected furnishings and local artwork to the inviting palette that mirrors Scottsdale’s desert landscape. Here, design doesn’t shout; it soothes.



As the front door opens, sunlight spills across wide, open living areas. You’ll find spaces designed not just to stay, but to live well.



Primary Suite

A private retreat with a luxury ensuite bathroom, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The plush bedding and serene design create a calm space to unwind after a day of golf, shopping, or exploring the desert.

Each styled in its own palette of warmth and light, minimalist yet cozy, with soft linens, curated décor, and full closets for a comfortable stay.



Office / Guest Room

Designed for flexibility, a creative nook by day and a restful space by night, featuring a queen sleeper sofa and workspace for remote professionals.



Chef’s Kitchen + Bar

The heart of the home. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and elegant finishes, it’s a dream for both home cooks and hired chefs. Gather around the island, pour a glass of wine at the bar, or watch dinner come to life while music plays through the open living room.



Living + Dining

A bright, airy space with high-style design, plush seating, and curated décor that invites connection. Whether it’s a quiet night in or a lively group dinner, this space adjusts effortlessly to your mood.



Outdoor Living

Beyond the glass doors awaits your private desert oasis. The pool glimmers under the Arizona sun, surrounded by loungers, shaded seating, and a built-in grill perfect for alfresco dining. As twilight settles, string lights and desert breezes set the tone for unforgettable evenings. We have 4 cruiser bikes and helmets for guests, and live in the perfect neighborhood for an evening bike ride.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full private access to the entire home, pool, backyard, and garage. Smart-lock entry makes check-in seamless.

- No smoking indoors

- No parties or large events (family celebrations welcome within house rules)

- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

- Pool use at guest’s own risk
