This house is ideal for small groups of 6. (Maximum 7 adults, an additional guest fee of $25/guest/night will apply for groups greater than 5 guests)
This charming 1985 ranch style home with modern updates in the Arrowhead Ranch Development in Glendale, AZ, minutes from parks, restaurants, Golf courses, shopping, Arrowhead Mall and the Peoria Sports Complex. Private Pool with Heated Spa. (NOTE: there is a fee associated with heating the spa that must be paid prior to stay. Spa fee $20/day for the months of May-Oct. or $40/day for the months of Nov-April. The spa heats to 102 degrees from 4p-11p when enabled. The spa is unable to be heated outside hours listed)

PROPERTY MAINTNENCE INFORMATION:
Pool Service is done weekly, they arrive every Friday morning before 0800
Monthly Landscaper works on this property the third Thursday of each month.

Fully stocked kitchen including spices. Enjoy an evening outside underneath an oversized covered patio. Stream your favorite shows on a 75" smart TV. Sleeping arrangements for up to 7 adults MAX. King size Bed in Master Suite (sleeps 2), Queen size bed + Twin bed in bedroom X (sleeps 3 MAX), and Premium Queen bed in bedroom Z (sleeps 2)

Amazing cozy place.
Check in was very easy and connecting with the host was very simple. The home was absolutely stunning and we loved the pool, we basically spent all weekend relaxing by the pool. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place!
We picked this house for proximity to family in the area, and it did not disappoint! Our kids loved the basketball games, pool, and the swing chairs by the pool. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was great with communicating ahead of time, and it was very easy to access and find what we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved It!
It was a great house for my son and I to stay in during the final four. Loved the neighborhood and going for runs and relaxing by the pool in the mornings. Easy access to lots of places in the area. House is as shown.

Very Nice
Really nice, clean home. Has everything you need for grilling/cooking meals at home. Very close to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, whatever you need while also not being too far from Glendale activities. We found out after-the-fact that it was an extra $25/day to get the hot tub heated (which was needed because the pool is not heated), but other than that everything was great. Host was very responsive and we would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Baseball tourney retreat
We came from CA and CO for our son’s baseball tourney and what a wonderful, clean, and cozy space for our family to retreat to after a long day at the diamonds. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day and a home made breakfast before heading out was just what the family needed. Thank you Nate for sharing!

Great property
We had a wonderful weekend away here. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub each day/evening. I do wish it was controlled by a dial so we could use it in the mornings if we wanted to rather than having it heated from 2 PM - 10 PM (when we weren't there until after 8 some days). However, I wouldn't even call the a problem. The host was wonderful. He was very helpful with any questions we had. The only thing I would tell renters is to make sure you lock the back doors. Apparently we forgot to lock the master door one night (our fault, I know!) and we woke up in the middle of the night to our bedroom door open. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Well Equipped home
House was perfect for us! The bedrooms had comfy beds, the bathrooms were very clean with nicely stocked linens. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed. Check in & out was easy. We'd definitely come back. Highly recommend.
