You have the entire home and backyard to yourself!

Our home welcomes you with a beachy and bright living room upon arrival. The house features a master bedroom with a king bed, an attached bath with double sinks, and a glass shower. The secondary bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed. And in the third bedroom, two bunk beds, great for kids or additional guests. There is a new futon bed located in the third bedroom, accommodating 7 guests total. Enjoy the convenience of garage parking and a private driveway!

Spa heating and app control is included with your stay.
Pool heating is an additional $50 per night. If you choose to have the pool heated, we only offer pool heat for the entire duration of your stay. Please message us for it to be heated and we will send you an invite. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees maximum.

Pool is serviced every Monday; they usually come in the morning.
Pest control is on the second Tuesday of every month; they usually come in the afternoon.
Please leave trash cans on the side yard; a professional trash service puts the cans out on Monday night and brings them back in on Tuesday evening.
There is no overnight street parking, one car can fit in the garage and two more can fit in the driveway.
