NEWLY RENOVATED- Beautiful, spacious, 3 Bedroom/2 Bath SECOND FLOOR lakefront condo with stunning views.
Enjoy this beautiful, fully furnished 3BR/2BA condo in North Central Phoenix overlooking Lake Biltmore. Enjoy morning coffee, or an evening cocktail on your private, fully screened-in balcony while viewing the beautiful lake and wildlife just feet away. There are activities right on the premises, such as catch and release fishing, (catch & release/fishing pole provided), strolling around the lake while taking in the scenery including a babbling brook and waterfall, or taking a dip in the heated community pool or hot tub. There are Gas barbecue grills located throughout the facility as well.
There are many options if you’d like to venture out and take in the sights and sounds of Phoenix. This central location makes it easy to take in all that Arizona has to offer! The immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best barbeque in the US), Garcia’s authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, plus many more. Starbucks Coffee and Barnes & Noble bookstore are a quick walk away! There are multiple golf courses, museums, theaters and all major sporting venues, including Spring Training baseball facilities that are close by. The condo has easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17.
For a day trip, check out the Grand Canyon, which is only a 2.5 hour drive from the condo, or perhaps the red rocks of Sedona which is only 1.5 hours away, or enjoy the old mining town of Gerome, or perhaps a drive to Tombstone.
Just staying in and relaxing is a great option too! Enjoy the beautiful décor and furnishings. You will feel totally comfortable with central air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout.
The King-size main bedroom offers luxury bedding and a private bathroom, and includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. The main bedroom comes equipped with a large 50" Smart television for your enjoyment.
The 2 queen size guest rooms also boast luxury bed linens. There is a detached bathroom complete with tub and shower as well as a hair dryer and other amenities for your guests.
The living room area has comfortable seating and has a 65" Smart television, Satellite TV and a DVD player. There is free wireless Wi-Fi throughout, as well as a Wireless Printer for your use.
The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. There is new cookware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware and wine glasses for your use. There is a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig along with some coffee pods, coffee filters and coffee. It also has a blender, toaster, crockpot and a large supply of spices.
The condo has central heating & Air Conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout
The utility area includes a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as detergent, dryer sheets and stain remover. It also has an ironing board and iron.

Beautiful location on the lake with mama and baby ducks
We very much enjoyed the property. The neighborhood wasn't terrible but there were some homeless nearby. We would have very much preferred the deck to not be screened as the views and animals were extremely enjoyable to watch.

Beautiful interior
Home was beautiful. You could tell that pretty much everything had recently been updated or replaced (one of the mattresses in the spare bedroom could use replacing). We loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7 because many nights we got home late and sore from the day's adventures, and could still partake. Surrounding homes were quiet and peaceful (these are condos that are almost apartment style). Home was fully furnished with anything you could need, including floats for the pool, tennis rackets for the courts, linens, towels, etc. Wi-fi was a little slow and kept disconnecting, but for us, we had no pressing business so it was just a mild annoyance. If you travel a block away from the home, there are homeless everywhere. The neighborhood made us a little nervous (especially after seeing bars on the doors and windows of this VRBO), but there were none that we saw on property and they seemed to stay contained away from this property. We had a lovely time and would recommend this place highly, even with the homeless population so close.

We really enjoyed our visit. The pictures were very accurate and the place was very clean. The hosts were great with information and very friendly. Heated pool in February was great for night swimming. Friendly neighbors as well. Thanks for the stay!!

Perfect for our needs.
Cozy place for our family to gather for our short get together, well stocked kitchen, grandkids enjoyed the pool and the waterfowl entertainment. If we find ourselves in the neighborhood again this would be our go to!

Awesome Place to Stay
I do not have enough words to describe the stay. It was awesome and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Phoenix. The owners were awesome and very quick to respond to our needs. The place was clean and very comfortable, my family and enjoyed the screened porch with the view. One of the best vacation rentals that I’ve been in.

This place is beautiful. It is up to date, clean, beautiful and the owners made us feel at home. The views from the patio are beautiful. The condo is roomy. We had 5 adults. The owners communicated well with us. We will def stay here again if we come back to Phoenix! Highly recommend. Can’t say enough positives about this place.

Excellent property with a great view
The condo was beautifully decorated, updated, very clean and had additional comforts like luxury towels, comfortable beds, stocked coffee and toiletries. The screened in porch overlooked a cute little lake/pond surrounded by a sidewalk. This area was gated so we felt very safe walking/running in the mornings/evenings. Quiet community, but residents were friendly when we passed by. Would highly recommend for anyone, but especially families visiting GCU. We were close to the school but this property felt more like a vacation oasis.

Very nice property
We enjoyed our stay very much! The home was clean, offered all essentials and even provided us with an early check in with our flight coming in early. It is in a nice neighborhood with access to a large size pool that was quiet and clean. We enjoyed walking around the lake and using the pool each day. Would recommend if traveling to Phoenix!

Spring break stay
We stayed for spring break in 2023 and loved the property. Condo was very well taken care of and included lots of great touches, like apices, hand soap etc. The pool and hot tub were great and so was the pickle ball. We enjoyed walking around the lake and seeing all the baby ducks and geese. Overall an excellent vacation.

Spring training baseball vacation
We came to Phoenix with two other couples to see some spring training baseball games. We rented this unit from Mary and Cliff. We have been traveling using timeshare and VRBO for over 40 years. We all agreed that this was probably the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. Everything about this rental was perfect; from booking to checking out and everything in between. Communication was always answered within minutes. The unit was stocked with everything you would need. It was so nice to not have to go buy coffee after flying in. Everything was high quality; pots and pans, sheets, towels etc. It was as if they had prepared for special company and not just strangers renting their condo. There was plenty of seating and the screened in porch was wonderful. We loved it and if we ever come back to this area would make every effort to rent this condo. Five stars is not enough!
