Very clean, comfortable and welcoming .

I appreciated the high end kitchen items and the overall quality of the furnishings. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kim was very responsive to any questions I had and I felt like I had a real friend in a new place. I highly recommend this experience!!

Spring Training 2020

Awesome condo in super quiet neighborhood. Kim answered all our questions quickly. The condo is well equipped, comfortable beds, spacious and kept the four of nicely for our stay. Hope to be back here again next spring.

Nice Condo, great location

Nice two bedroom 2 bath condo; however, description should include the face that it's a second floor unit. it's located in a nice neighborhood. Liked the place but being older the climbing and descending the stairs was dangerous for us, younger folks would be OK. VRBO has a bad habit of not giving out info on their rentals that includes what floor, is there elevators, are there stairs inside the units (this one does not have stairs, all on one floor) I would recommend for anybody or family that doesn't mind climbing stairs.

Ideal condo

Kim's condo was ideal for our recent stay in Scottsdale. The check-in process was flawless. The condo was perfect for two couples. It was updated and very clean. The location was ideal.. We were in Scottsdale for a destination wedding and the condo was only 8 minutes away. I was very worried when we arrived because our wedding attire was completely wrinkled and we could not find and iron. However the condo had a handheld clothes steamer that worked beautifully- so much so I will be buying the same one. Thanks Kim. I would highly recommend this condo.

Clean, beautiful rental

Beautiful, clean rental in a safe neighborhood. Owner has excellent communication. Beautiful, quiet pool and hot tub. She even supplied kcups for the keurig! Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Place!

We stayed 5 nights at Kim’s condo and it was perfect! Super clean, very updated kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Kim’s decorating style is super cool and beds/furniture is very comfy. Great little patio to hang out on and play cards, have a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink after a day at their lively pool. The pool was quiet , beautifully situated with the greenery all around it. Pool water was the perfect temputature with a jacuzzi attached to it. Located just minutes from almost snthi g you want or need. Seriously couldn’t have had a better stay anywhere else!

Great experience in Scottsdale

This was a wonderful stay. The condo was immaculate and kitchen was well-equipped for our Thanksgiving celebration. Easy to find and convenient to Old Scottsdale, shopping and recreation. Chaparral Park is close by and great walking and hiking paths. Highly recommend!

Great condo! Gracious and hospitable owner!

Condo has been updated and is super cute, comfortable and clean. The beds are also very comfortable. Kim, the owner, offered to let us check in early if it worked out. We actually didn't arrive in time for that, but it was sweet that she offered. She was also very responsive and answered our questions quickly, even giving us recommendations on the best places to eat in the area. Pool area was great! Lots of fun and everyone was friendly. On our last day, we couldn't get on our plane, so had to stay one more night (ended up booking another spot as we weren't sure if Kim's would be available one more night, but this other spot was pale in comparison and it was even a resort). We left some grocery items in the condo as we couldn't take them with us for the flight home, and Kim was so gracious about letting us go back and get them since we had to stay one more night. I will definitely book her condo again should we find ourselves in Scottsdale again. Thank you Kim!

Scottsdale condo

We were very pleased with the property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (towels, soap, coffee pot, washer, dryer, tv, etc). We were amazed at how quiet it was! It was like we were the only ones in the development.

Scottsdale Getaway

This was the perfect Condo for 2 couples. It was just as advertised, clean, updated and had everything we needed for the week. We really enjoyed the pool area that has a grill and refrigerator, no need to drag big coolers to the pool! We enjoyed this location in South Scottsdale near Old Town, everything is close. You can even walk to Safeway if you wanted for groceries. The beautiful park across the street is great for those morning walks and there is a bike path if you have bikes. Kim was very responsive and great to work with. This place is highly recommended!

Both the condo, property owner and cleaning staff were excellent. Enjoyed our stay although we had to go home to Ontario early due to Covid-19! We definitely would return for another trip!!

The 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo was nicely done and very comfortable. Also very convenient to everything. We had a Very Nice stay. Hopefully we will stay longer next year.

Sweet condo in Scottsdale

This condo has recently been entirely remodeled, done in pretty, fresh colors. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Huge master shower and master closet. All new stainless appliances and most anything you would need to cook a meal. Good sized, shared pool with plenty of loungers, grill, etc. outside is nicely maintained. The condo is on the second floor and you need to do about 15 stairs to enter. Great Scottsdale location!
