The Space:

You step onto a sun‑kissed patio and hear the gentle splash of the heated pool, while soft desert light fills the open living space. Inside, the scent of fresh coffee mingles with the playful hum of life‑size dinosaurs waiting in the backyard. The home invites you to drift between indoor comfort and outdoor fun at your own pace. Whether you’re gathering for a celebration or simply reconnecting, every corner feels made for togetherness.



Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms and a dedicated getting‑ready area provide room for everyone. The house sleeps 11 on five comfortable beds, and two full baths let you unwind without crowding. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets are supplied, and a washer‑dryer unit is available for longer stays.



Indoor living

The single‑level living area centers around a smart TV and ample seating, encouraging group gatherings. A themed room and life‑size games add a playful touch, while central air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year‑round. Wifi and an ethernet connection support both relaxation and work needs.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking basics. A Keurig coffee maker readies quick mornings, and a dining table seats the whole group for shared meals before heading out to explore Old Town Scottsdale.



Outdoor living

Step into the private fenced backyard where a heated pool, available year‑round, beckons with pool toys for extra fun. Life‑size dinosaurs, ping‑pong, life‑size Connect 4 and cornhole invite lighthearted competition. A fire pit, grill, outdoor dining area, sun loungers and additional patio furniture create cozy spots for cooler desert evenings, while a private patio offers a quiet corner to unwind.



Neighborhood

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home balances calm with easy access to Scottsdale’s energy. Old Town, restaurants and shops are just minutes away. Free on‑site parking and ample street parking make exploring the area effortless.

Groups seeking a comfortable home base with a private pool, playful touches and plenty of space. Ideal for bachelorette weekends, family reunions or any getaway where lively gatherings and quiet moments are equally welcome.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full private access to the entire home throughout their stay.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Up to one vehicle may park in the driveway, with additional street parking available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay to ensure a comfortable guest experience.



Pool heating is available for an additional $40 per day and must be requested in advance, ideally at least one week prior to arrival. The pool is serviced weekly, and weather conditions may occasionally affect water clarity.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that check-out time is 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees due to housekeeping and scheduling impacts.



This is a self-catering home, so starter supplies are provided but not replenished during the stay. Bathrooms include basic toiletries and limited paper products, while the kitchen includes essentials such as trash bags, dish soap, and cooking basics. Coffee is not provided.



The outdoor grill uses propane. A propane tank is available on-site, but guests are responsible for refilling it if needed during their stay. We cannot guarantee the propane level upon arrival.
