The Desert Rose is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Perfect for game nights and relaxing with loved ones. Central to 5 different spring training stadiums!! 15 min drive to Cardinals Stadium and entertainment, with a 25 min drive from PHX Sky Harbor airport.

Located in Avondale, The Desert Rose is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the I-10 interstate to quickly get all around The Valley!

Once the rental agreement + guest verification have been signed and r'cd you will receive the keyless entry code.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, late check out after 11:00 will result in $150/hour fee.
You will have access to the entire home except the owners locked storage closets.

Calling all gamers! Our vacation rental comes fully equipped with an Xbox (using your own credentials to play), guaranteeing hours of immersive gaming excitement. Whether you're into action, adventure, or sports games, get ready for non-stop fun!

We do have a pack and play as well as a high chair.



HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have a doorbell camera and cameras on the exterior sides of the home facing the gates. There are no cameras inside the home.

✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.

Access will not be provided without successful completion.

As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form

The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on property! No cigarettes, cannabis, vape, cigars.
No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
