This comfy and spacious house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a pool, a BBQ, an outdoor TV, and a garden to enjoy. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and there’s a desk with a monitor and chair in the living room for any work needs. Plus, you’ve got a washer/dryer for convenience. Perfect spot for a mix of relaxation and productivity!

Just a heads up, the landscaper comes every Thursday, and pool service comes every Tuesday. Also, the thermostat is locked at 74°F, so that’s the lowest you’ll be able to set it. Thanks for understanding!

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Two driveway spots are available, no overnight street parking. The guests can park in both driveway spots. The owner may occasionally need access to their car on the right side and may ask you to move your vehicle temporarily if needed. Thanks for your understanding!

➤ Guests have access to the entire unit, except for the locked hallway closet, cleaning storage cabinet, and the garage, which is for owner use only, the owner may access their car in the garage from the outside, but no entry is required.

➤ Thermostat is set with a limited range and can only be adjusted between 74°F and 84°F. We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind when adjusting the temperature during their stay.

➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary.

6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stay.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Please only use plastic cups and plates by the pool. If you break glass in the pool, there will be a $1000 fee to have it cleaned and refilled.
