About this property

3 Bedroom 2 Bath on Golf Course

  • We purchased this house in 2009 and have been upgrading ever since. I just re-listed this on VRBO as we had the same couple renting for the last several years. It's a beautiful well appointed home with access to 8 Sun City Recreation Centers, the house sits on a quiet street and has been updated with new appliances, stucco, HVAC, washer and dryer. There is a large sectional couch and a covered porch with lawn chairs and table overlooking a Par 3 golf green.
