  • Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Central to ASU (Downtown Tempe), Cubs Spring Training, and Downtown Scottsdale. This tucked away townhouse provides a sanctuary close to all the best attractions. This 3 bed two bath townhouse is tucked into a small community in the heart of metro Phoenix. Master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. The third bedroom is set up for an at home office with a futon couch. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances along with a new washer dryer. The kitchen opens into the living room which has a vaulted ceiling, TV and a fireplace. The living room opens to the deck where outdoor patio dining is set up. Pool and hot tub are located in the center of the property and are accessible via key in the townhouse.

My wife and I had a great experience with Tina's beautiful condo, in Tempe Arizona. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Many extra additional mostly kitchen appliances and such which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great place, and communication. Would definitely stay again, if available.

Located close enough to downtown Tempe/ASU to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy a little quiet. We especially liked the private shaded patio, and the guestbook guitar which was perfectly in tune!

We would stay again! Very nice. Location was perfect for ASU graduation. Close to malls restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, was very clean and it was quiet. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect Weekend Stay

This 3 bedroom condo was ideal for our extended family in town for a wedding. There were pristinely clean rooms for all of us and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. The unit had all the essential kitchen and bathroom supplies provided. The condo is centrally located, only about 20 minutes from the experiences we wanted to have in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa.

Great Location & Host

We loved the location of our VRBO rental. Close to ASU and many other activities. The rental was clean and well equipper, it even had a guitar! Our host was kind and refunded one day’s rental when we had to return home early due to a medical issue.

In Phoenix for surgery, with family. Town house is comfortable with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Washer and dryer large capacity. Easy access to 101. Plenty of restaurants at Tempe market place, Safeway and Walmarts close by.House is conveniently located at the beginning of complex with designated parking a few steps from the house.

ASU 2024 grad in May

This is a high ceiling unit, very spacious and Amazing stay!! Comfortable and close to ASU and eateries in Tempe. Many amenities in the unit with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven keurig or coffee maker and stove. Loved it here and will stay again if need 4 people in one place. Board games and lots of blankets in closet. Sad to leave!! :)

Perfect for our needs

It was very convenient. Nice amenities. Only down side was the lighting/fan wasn't working and Tina did her best to immediately address what we thought were the batteries and sending the right ones but it still wasn't working. I wish the code could be sent a week ahead as it was stressful with only 24 hrs or less. Other than that, it was nice to have a few things like foil and even some Pam. Appreciate washer and dryer but maybe a curtain would work so you could open the dryer more. Cute and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Everything was clean. Wish there would have been an instruction manual to cover things like how to operate the alarm system, navigating the tv for channels. Instructions for fireplace and thermostat. Instructions upon leaving; ie; sheets, towels, etc. a little nice thing would be to have a patio door blind for afternoon sun. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
