LOCK YOUR DOOR! The staff doesn't knock before walking in to your room. Female travels should stay away for safety. There were dead animals in the restroom, lots of mosquitos, and the staff tried to tell me to check out a day early until i showed them my Expedia booking again. Really the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune to stay at. The pipes leaked in the restroom so the bathroom floor was always a slipping hazard, and overall it was just an unpleasant hassle. If i could give this place zero stars, i would.

If you're short on cash and simply looking for barely adequate accommodations, a place to sleep and have a cold shower for cheap, then this is your place. Otherwise there's not much else about this place. Elevator does not work expect to use stairs, A/C sort of does. Not particularly clean, run down(i.e., multiple scuff marks on walls, hallways, paint peeling, damaged furniture) and not very spacious. Staff seem really uninterested in your existence let alone help with anything.

Water supply sometimes cut off. Bathroom sink counter is dirty with peeling black flakes. The indian locale and some of the staff have bad manners of staring rudely too long without a smile, which comes off as rude or creepy.

On arrival they didn’t have record of my booking (which had been paid for). Toilet didn’t flush properly and soon became blocked. No toilet paper. No proper sheets. Windowless room.

I want you to review my stay at Naga World and dont use that lame excuse i already reviewed it. I was double charged and was about to unleash my lawyer on this whole situation. For blatently ripping me off and then you hiding behind an arcane rule that i already reviewed the property so you wouldnt allow me to expand on my terrible review once you re-review the whole situation you'll immediately realize how poorly i was treated as a customer whose spent many thousands of dollars in just the last 6 months alone. I request, NO, I DEMAND A REFUND AND SOME OTHER TYPE OF MONETARY RENUMERATION BEFORE I HAND THIS OVER TO MY LAWYER. DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY. EVERYONE OF MY FRIENDS WHO ALSO USE YOUR SERVICES ARE AGHAST AT YOUR TREATMENT OF ME. ,WITH THE RECENT DEATH IN MY FAMILY I MOMENTARILY FORGOT ABOUT THE ENTIRE INCIDENT. TRUST ME, I WILL NOT FORGET ABOUTTHIS EVER AGAIN AND UNLESS IM SATISFIED, YOU'LL BE HEARING FROM MY ATTORNEY immediately....
