残念でした

①4泊したが、テレビがつかないので初日の翌朝、フロントに伝えて対応を依頼したが、2泊目3泊目4泊目、全く対応がされなかった。 ②部屋の掃除が雑。　トイレの汚れが4日間付いたまま。 ③タオル類のレベルが低い。使い古しのタオル。

ロケーション良し

ロケーションはボンケンコンエリアから近く、便利な位置に有ります。ホテル内は付近と違って静かであり、照明も抑えられて落ち着いていて、部屋も綺麗です。利用しなかったですがプールもあり、朝食のバイキングもセレクションが多く、シェフがその場で卵や麺の料理をしてくれます。コスト含めてトータルで満足です。

Worst check out experience I had in my whole life. Staffs are slow and impolite. Deposit was charged and still the staffs took 10 minutes to check whether I stole and broke something.

価格とクオリティのバランスが取れているホテル

チェックイン時に部屋をアップグレードして頂けました。デスク周りにコンセントが有るのですが口数が少なく、もう少し口数があると更に便利と思います。チェックアウト後、ホテル前の路上で車を待っていると、警備員の方に「ひったくりが居るから、もと中にいた方が良い」と親切にアドバイスしてくれました。

ホテル自体は部屋、バスルーム、トイレ、プールなど全体的快適で綺麗。ホテル近くにHengHengという両替所もありレートも良かったので便利だった。朝6時ごろにホテルに着いたが、アーリーチェックインできた。ただし、30USDかかる。エクスペディアには空港のバス送迎ありとあったがそのようなサービスはなかった。

裏道側の部屋だったので、静か！7階にあるプールは非常に良い。朝食ビュッフェも良い、玉子料理は、リクエストしてその場で焼いてくれる。コスパも良い。次回も、こちらを使う。

とても快適なコスパの高いホテル

最近のプノンペン滞在には欠かせないホテルです。設備の整った清潔な室内、親切な従業員などとても快適に過ごせるホテルです。また、プノンペンのどこへもアクセスしやすい立地なのでそれも便利ですね。ただ、ホテルの前に居座るトゥクトゥクドライバーは印象が良くありません。安全かつ安価で移動するにはPassAppを使用をお勧めします。

ローケション良い、ホテル。

ビジネスで１泊でしたが、快適でした。場所で迷うことはありません。ホテルないの食堂もレベルが高く、朝と夜もお世話になりました。小さいプールとジムですが、併設されているので、気分転換に良いです。客室は思ったよりも広々としていて、とても良かったです。

市内中心のホテル

市内中心部のモニポン通りに面していて、食堂や屋台なども多く便利です。ホテル全体のインテリアが落ち着いたモダンな雰囲気で、部屋も快適に過ごせました。建物が隣接しているので、日当たりは良くなく、眺望も全く望めませんが、猛暑のカンボジアでは少し暗い方が涼しくて良いかと思います。

評判通りの、快適ホテル

初めてのプノンペンの宿泊先として、出張先との距離も近いことから、評判の高いこのホテルを選びました（３泊）。日本語でのサービスは期待できませんが、英語を話せるスタッフばかりですので、英語がある程度話せれば困ることはありません。早朝に到着する便のため、不安でしたプノンペン国際空港からの足もホテルに迎えの車を用意いただけました（事前に電話でホテルに直接オーダーのこと。片道約30分、15USドル）。ビュッフェ形式の朝食は、毎日違った麺をその場で茹でてくれますし、卵料理もその場でオーダーできます。パン、日替わりのお米（白いご飯や炒飯）、お肉系の惣菜が数種、新鮮な野菜やフルーツも楽しめ、満足のいく内容だと思います。室内も広く、バスタブはありませんが、清潔で充分な設えですです。USBが直接使えるコンセントもあり、iPhoneの充電にも困りません。屋上（７階）のプールは狭いながらも、蒸し暑いプノンペンでの仕事の後には、良いクールダウンとなります。プールサイドにはバーもあります。ホテルは、プノンペン一の繁華街に面し、どこに行くのも便利です。あまり歩いて行く人は多くないようですが、王宮へは徒歩１５分くらい。ホテル前にはタクシーやトゥクトゥクが待機していて、ホテルのドアマンにお願いすると行き先や値段交渉もしてもらえます。ホテルの周りには飲食店も多く、ホテルの方に聞くと好みに従って紹介してもらえます。次回もまた利用しようと思っています。

快適だが、眺望や採光が期待できない部屋が多い。

隣の建物に隣接しているので多くの部屋は眺望や採光が期待できません。ただ、部屋は広くて清潔なので、客室での滞在自体は快適です。

快適に過ごせました

新しい綺麗なホテル。wifiも早く上層階は視界も開けている。ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで頑張って仕事している。オルセーマーケット徒歩圏内。自転車貸し出し無料。簡単な朝食もついていた。難を一つ挙げると、プールの水が汚かったな。

とても快適なホテル

プノンペン中心部のホテルなので、どこへ行くのもとても便利。従業員さんも礼儀正しく、とても親切でした。特にチェックアウトの時間から空港へ向かう時間がとても開いていたのですがそれまでスーツケースを預かってもらったおかげでその間に少し観光に出かけることが出来ました。ホテル内もとても清潔で快適そのものでしたし、また朝食も満足いくレベルでした。また来たいと思うホテルです。
