Long-Terms Stays
- Guests are required to remove garbage from the house during their stay, garbage day is Wednesday morning. Any city fines during the stay will be charged to the current guest. We are not responsible for any city fines.
- Guests will be responsible for extra cleaning during a long-term stay. It is required that is necessary to have a cleaning every 2 weeks.
- The home will have from time to time a monthly inspection, guests will be informed 24 hours prior to arrival.
Guests have access to free parking in front of the house. This location has easy access to I-95 and the bridges leading to New Jersey. The I-95 and Roselvelt Boulevard leads in short time to the major historic places and sports stadiums of Philadelphia. Walking distance from home to access public transportation, train, and bus station. The supermarket of Bridge & Harbison is 5 minutes nearby in car and is close to other shoping centers and restaurants.
