Very cumbersome reservation process. DO NOT LIST A GUEST ON YOUR EXPEDIA RESERVATION - this results in a nightmare to untangle. There is no direct number to the hotel - only a number to a call center. While the space is ample, there's not enough seating for the maximum number of people in the dining area or living room. No local TV, or cable - only Chromecast, which is not revealed in the hotel's amenities. Once you get to the hotel, their "24/7 service" is available by text - good luck if you have any emergent needs as no one is on site. If you report an issue, they have 24 hours to respond to it, so service is NOT available 24/7 as advertised.
