I want to start out by saying that the staff that we encounter were excellent and have no complaints about them at all. They were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in many holiday Inns and this one is by far the worst. Parking was horrible. They had valet but the cars were everywhere and we ended up parking ourselves. The restaurant was not open for dinner?? And the banging of the doors to the stairwells sounded like guns shots all night. The layout of this hotel is just horrible and with very thin walls made it very difficult to sleep. Would not stay here again and it’s a shame because we really like the Holiday Inn chain!

It was alright with us having to change rooms once because I guess the housekeeps leave after a certain time and we wanted a new mattress zip up cover for it being crusty with something and the front desk lady didn’t really understand what we meant. And that you have to lay 15 a day for valet service when it was optional for us to use it.

Very disappointing. The building itself had a strange odor and the room too. The walls were all patched and stained, the rooms are dark, the bathrooms are dark, the beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The valet person I confused for a homeless man who was rude, dress inappropriately and was not professional in any way. My wife and I stayed but if we would have had our children with us I would have left real quick. Won’t be coming here again and if you have children you should think twice.

The parking situation was unclear. I was told to valet the car but then when I called for it, they said they couldn’t find my car. So I showed my stub and they said that it was self-park. They have ample parking. It’s just a way to make more money. Also, I believe they have free breakfast but they don’t tell you that.

Breakfast that was included left a lot to be desired. The staff brought out white and rye bread, that was ice cold, no rolls or bagels or muffins, no toaster. The breakfast area was being set up at 8:30 AM so when I got there, no milk for coffee,, ice cold bread, had to wait for butter, etc. Not the breakfast I'm used to seeing at other hotels. Other than that, everything else was very good.

You had to throw your body into the door to just open it and had to slam it to fully shut it. Also threw out the stay you can hear other rooms have the same problem so we kept waking up every time someone open or closed their door. Need more luggage carts and hang more things on walls so it’s less echoing in the rooms.

This should not be an IHG it’s so dirty only one elevator works then they take you up an service elevator and it has bugs everywhere in there I’m just so disappointed I will never stay there again and to charge you for parking is also ridiculous I’m not sure how long it’s been an IHG but it’s crazy because it’s definitely not worth what you pay it’s basically a Motel 6 don’t waste your time or money book something else

The person in charge (tall heavy build man) of the parking lot was very rude and confrontational. Apparently I entered the parking lot above speed limit and he approached me very unprofessional and with challenging attitude. “Hey dude are you in a hurry? I said excuse me ? You drove too fast slow down. Really? That’s the way to talk to a customer that just arrived to check in? I was the only car in that moment and nobody was walking around. How about “ Sr excused me can you slow down a little bit ? Or something in that line. I didn’t say anything to no escalate the situation because I was with my 11 years old son but it was very embarrassing. If I was alone I’m sure that my response and tone will be very different.
