Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Only complaint was that our room did not have a smoke detector. I thought that was mandatory. It would be nice if this place offered a continental breakfast.

The room was clean but very run down. There were cigarette burn holes on the comforter for a non smoking room. Staff not friendly. Had to go get towels as There were none in the room.

Bathroom needed a major renovation. Loose tile base, rusted door hinges, damaged ceiling. Tile in bathtub looked recently updated. Bedroom area was fine. Had a hard time sleeping due to all the noise I could hear from the lobby area, hallways and outdoors.

Staff was nice and friendly. The hotel itself wasn’t bad but the room I was in was no less than horrific. It was not the worst place I ever stayed but definitely close. It was semi clean, but there were handprints on the headboard and things like that that said otherwise. Yuck.

I liked this property so much that I returned to stay again later while on business. I have never been to a hotel this good and especially at the good value price this hotel offers. I found the staff to be professional and attentive. I will always return to this hotel while in the Columbus area. I highly recommend.
