"I was very surprised to see how clean and updated this hotel was. I started thinking it was a brand new hotel but I think it’s just been refurbished. But they didn’t excellent job the clerk checking us in and out. We’re both lovely. And the lady in the breakfast area was very sweet as well. Absolutely no complaints. The beds were comfortable. It was a safe area. It was probably one of the better Hamptons I’ve stayed in."

"I was charged a $50 deposit upon arrival that I didn’t get back. There were boxes of furniture propped up against the wall in the room. Approximately 10 channels on tv. The halls reeked of marijuana. There were people standing around, hanging out in the parking lot."

"Holiday Inn Express next door was full of life. For the size of this property there were not even 10 cars. Pool was not operational. Property looked like something from skid row. Was charge an early check-in fee when it was only 10 minutes (2:50p) before regular check-in time (3:00p) and room was already turned over for next guest."
