"清潔でいい。ホスピタリティあふれるスタッフもよかった。 ただ忙しくなるとオーダーを忘れてしまったり　ハウスキーパーがすごく遅く来たりする。 オペレーションを考え直したり　担当を決めたり工夫した方がいい。 ガラパーティでは席番号すらわかってない人が案内に立ったり 常温で刺身や寿司がダラダラになって並んでいたり ひとつひとつはいいのに　どこに何があるのかわからないし テーブルは真っ暗で食事をとるのが大変だった。 できて日が浅いようなので　今後に期待です。"

"I’ve stayed at many boutique hotels, but the experience at Aleenta was truly on another level. I fell in love with the aesthetic of the hotel — minimal and clean, yet warm, with a thoughtful focus on sustainability and elegant touches of Asian resort charm. Thanks to its location, guests here essentially have private access to the beach. I especially loved how peaceful and relaxing it was during sunset hours — a time highly recommended by the staff! I stayed in the Ocean View Loft, and it was just stunning. The child in me was thrilled by the beautifully maintained pool, and personally, I’ve always loved lofts — they’re just so fun. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel on most days, and I’d absolutely recommend doing the same. My favorite was the Natai Style Massaman Curry is a must-try. It was aromatic, slightly sweet, full of complex flavors I can’t quite put into words. I can’t leave out how generous and professional the hotel staff were. Thank you all for your attention to detail and for going the extra mile to make our stay — and every guest’s — truly memorable. The team is a big part of what makes Aleenta so special. If I had to give any feedback, given the location is quite far from the city center, finding a taxi can take time. That said, advance booking via Grab works well, and the staff are always happy to help arrange transportation. None of this would stop me from highly recommending Aleenta — or from returning myself. "コスパが良く非常に綺麗でシミラン諸島へのアクセスもよくアクティビティも充実していて大変よかった。 スタッフのサービスも親切で良かった。一つ難点を挙げるなら時期もあると思うけど部屋の結露がすごくエアコンを最低温度にすることで結露は免れるが寒いことだ。"
