Close to the the train station which was very convenient. Took less than 10 minutes by foot. The only thing there aren't any good shops near the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience with the breakfast chef, the Restaurant manager Mr. Romit, and the front office team member Mr. Rajat at the hotel. The chef's cooking skills were impressive, making the breakfast absolutely delicious. Mr. Katwal's management ensured a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Additionally, Mr. Rajat and the front office team were welcoming and helpful, making my stay even better. The combined efforts of these individuals contributed to a fantastic stay, and I'm grateful for their contributions to my positive experience at the hotel.

It was an absolute fun staying here. The rooms are clean, the food is amazing and the staff is exceptionally well behaved.. Didn't had the time to interact much with the hotel staff, but one person that I interacted with was Mr. Rajat, he is the front desk operative and is very polite. Extra 5 stars to him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do interact with him if you get to meet him. Overall a very good experience staying here.

We had a great stay at Ambassador. I wanted my family to have a comfortable stay with great staff response. It is an experience from coming into the hotel, getting greeted and no issues at the reception. The reception guy was so calm and helpful. The breakfast and dining is exceptional. Rooms are so clean.

Awful
The first room we were given was dusty and dirty. The manafer kindly provided us with an alternative room (which looked cleaner) but bathroom stank foul. Then from about 8-12 midnight there was horrendous noise (music, parting, floir shaking)....didbt sleep a wink! The breakfast was awful (masala tea ok) would bever stay here again. Outdated, dirty ...yuk

Excellent property in good condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would single out Simran on Reception who was extremely helpful. The Roof top terrace was a great place to have an evening meal.

I don't know where to begin. The property or the hospitality. Both were utterly impressive. The rooms are well equiped and spacious with good natural ventilation. I stayed at the suite room and the rooms were clean, spacious and refreshing. What could possibly beat the ambience is the hospitality of the staff. Right from check in by Mr Rajat to the gentleman who helped me with my luggage at check out. Warm smiles, great attitude, and extremely helpful and accomodating. I had the pleasure of interacting with the Exe Chef during the breakfast. A very warm gentleman who took the time out from his busy schedule to share pleasantaries with us. I would recommend this hotel to every traveller whether you are on business or pleasure. Thank you The Grand Ambassador team. You have my 6 Stars.

Heaven on the earth. You think of a place to stay and it's outstanding . Excellent parking place. Front desk very friendly. Rooms bright and specious. Clean noise less. Toilet is clean, big, user friendly. Dining is very good. Morning breakfast is like a royal treat. Veg, nonveg, continental, Indian... You name it and it's on your table. Dining room service is beyond delight.

The Hotel is absolutely brilliant in terms of everything. right from check-in to check-out things are as smooth as ice. Rooms are Big, clean & wonderful! The FOOD is ASTONISHINGLY good! The most exciting service there is. The staff is so connected and happy that it directly affects the guests. We had a great time. Mr. katwal and Mr pawan are wonderful and charming and the kitchen staff love what they do so much that it shows in every bite of the food. Chef Vaneet puts his heart in food and guests. Spending time in this hotel thrilled and excites us very much.

Let's start with ambience right from the reception to the room door, It was beautiful. The room was well placed and planned ofc. Most importantly everything was working from kettle to mini bar. Wifi is fine for work and other requirements. I didn't find anything to complain or deduct a star from review for this hotel in catagory. Rest assured i have another visit in phagwara coming and I'm definitely going to stay here again.

Best hotel in phagwara, rather would say best in the region. Always prefer to stay here even for transit to other places. Staff is well mannered. Buffet especially breakfast are just irresistible and lavish. Rooms are well maintained and housekeeping is excellent. Stayed many times in this facility and always had plasant experience. Location is best amd ample parking space for vehicles. Reasonable tariffs and staff at reception is very very courteous and co operative. A special reference to Mr. Katwal , and CHEF Vaneet(coming from the food and beverages team) who were very welcoming, cordial and had great expertise in their respective spheres. The stay became way more homely with the consistent effort and service of them.

If you need a quiet good nite sleep then DO NOT book this hotel. Moving furniture noisy all night. God knows what is going on and why, despite staff efforts to stop. TV on and off. WiFi on and off Background music in the corridor too loud. Had to request to turn off almost every day. Had to buy ear plugs to get a decent night sleep

Disappointing stay
Hotel was not prepared for any guests. I think the staff is not fully trained in running a hotel else this trip could have been a success. Food was absolutely appalling we specifically mentioned no spices and recieved extremely spicy food. On returning the food I was told there is no refund on returned food. They had the wrong guests to use these tactics, I did get my money back. They should be happy we did pursue on other things. Sorry guys but my last stay with you.

Friendly and clean hotel. Good location and had taxi service with good rates. Enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Staff members were polite and helpful. The hotel manager, Joginder Singh Dorga, met a few times and asked about the stay in his hotel, it was nice for him to share about the hotel, which has been built a year ago. Didn’t like the background music playing in the floors until 11pm at night. Also had lots of students staying who made a lot of noise late into the night. Overall a really good experience and will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to others.

Inexperienced staff, do not listen.
Stayed for 5 days, on check in they had no confirmation of booking, I showed them hotels.com voucher and credit card statement but they still refused on check out presented me with a bill for full stay, I again gave them proof of paid booking and walked out. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and this was my worst experience. The worst is the staff do not listen to what you have to say. It’s clearly a new and inexperienced hotel. I will use different hotel next time.
