"We had the absolute best time staying here. It’s a perfect getaway for families. Every part of the hotel is extremely clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The waterpark was so much fun. We played mini golf, played in the arcade, ate at Ratskellar, and got late night ice cream. Everything was 10/10 and we cannot wait to come back! I would 100% recommend staying here."

"We came for the Octoberfest and this property offered shuttles to the fest. It was perfect. The room was convenient and clean. Breakfast was provided and the staff very helpful and friendly. We will be back! * we've stayed at other America's Best on Buffalo for the Dingus Day event and they offered shuttle packages also. I will always check if there is one available for festival events."

"Inside was spotless. Beautiful and well kept. Outside does need some cleaning. The deck and outside rug were a bit dirty and the gutters had small trees growing in them. Grass was well kept. Would stay there again."
