"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Our host greeted us personally with the keys and even surprised us with cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. 5. THE ROOMS

Catanzaro

"First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!...

"Giusy, our host was very plesant and quick to respond with, check in, queries; also on whats app, etc. The Accommodation is spacious, clean, with an ample Kitchen and utilities. Outside I could park the car within a spacious private garden area which included outside dining furniture. We also by car had a superb seafood dinner at her nearby restaurant, right on the beach. Great place to stay, I would go back again."

8/10 Good

"It’s a good location if you want to go to the beach, it’s a few steps. The town is near by car but no parking… and by foot, good luck on the road. The town is very beautiful, many restaurants."

8/10 Good

"We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch and dinner. One suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:30am. On several mornings, food started being cleared away before 10:00am, which felt a little rushed. As the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere, it would be nice if breakfast service reflected that and remained fully available until the advertised finishing time. We reported this and requested that a plumber look at it. Although we were told someone had attended, unfortunately nothing seemed to have changed and the problem continued for the rest of our stay. The only other issue was smoking in the evenings. While we understand this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, the number of pe"
