Rural Idyll Villa "El Palmeral" with Pool

Just outside the small town of Petra, the Villa El Palmeral is set in a rural location with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor, the typical Majorcan house, which can accommodate 12 people, has a spacious living room with a large dining table, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On the upper floor, there are two further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two suites, each consisting of a bedroom with en suite bathroom and a living room. The child-friendly villa also has Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a cot, a highchair (both on request) and a parking space on the property. The Mediterranean garden shaded by palm trees has a 70-m² pool plus a 13-m² pool for children and a covered terrace with seating area, table tennis table and barbecue, where you can sit and enjoy your relaxing holiday. El Palmeral leaves nothing to be desired and offers you not only many amenities but also breakfast for an extra charge. The nearest restaurant, which is run by the owners of the villa, is only a few minutes’ walk away. Here, you will get your meals served if you book breakfast or half board as an additional service (without drinks). Shops in Petra are 10 min by car and the nearest beach is around 30 minutes away in the car.



Extra services can be arranged for at cost optionally after booking and directly at the place. Those services are: adult breakfast, child breakfast, adult half board, child half board, 2nd cot and/or high chair, ping pong table, tennis court and beach towels.
