「This is an historic property, the building is old. But the rooms has nice modern finishings . Toilets,, sinks, bed And bedding are all modern! Expect low ceilings squeaky wooden floors and lots of character. Food is very good. Sunday roast beef meal is great! Location is a short walk to the Dee River and large park!」

「I loved everything. Phantastic value for money in a big city that does not have Hostelling Scotland Youth Hostels. Of course this is not a 4 star hotel! With the start of check-in, there is a receptionist that hands out the key. So everything cool. The only thing that irritated me, was that the telephone number on the booking form did not work. I had to write an email and request the telephone number which I got immediately. It is a mobile number. Apart from that ... 100% recommendation. P.S....

「The room itself was very nice, newly decorated and very clean. Nice big shower with overhead shower and hand held. Only a few little negatives that have marked down the rating. Description of hotel states onsite parking, there isn't. It is only the street parking available. Description also states refrigerator. There is no refrigerator in the room but there is access to a communal refrigerator.」
