CLAUDIA'S HOME LA SUITE is a charming studio apartment with several unique features! The entire building used to be an old olive oil mill, which is exactly why it’s so distinctive. Arches, beams, and stone walls give it a unique atmosphere that’s distinctly Tuscan. Every month, I display paintings or objects by local artists. The sheets and towels are high-quality and soft; they are provided inside the property. (If you request a change of towels or bed linens, these are not included in the price.) I’m happy to help create a unique setting for special events, anniversaries, and birthdays. The atmosphere is decidedly romantic. The highlights are: the central yet quiet location, and easy-to-find, free parking. My little house is pet-friendly. Just a short walk from the property, you’ll find the riverfront, perfect for long, pleasant walks, as well as the theater and the city center. Just 50 meters away is the nicest spot in the area: a restaurant and aperitif bar. Important note: Since this is a vacation rental, as required by regulations, I CANNOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST, but I’m happy to leave a small supply in the house for each guest: ground coffee and a few coffee pods, 1 small bottle of water, jams, crispbread, tea and herbal teas, sugar, salt, and oil. The cottage is located in a truly strategic spot in the city. My charming studio apartment features a new and very comfortable double bed; it’s suitable for two people, but I can add a folding bed if needed, while still maintaining the comfort of the space. Staying in Pescia means you can easily and quickly travel to Tuscany’s major cities. In fact, Pescia is 60 km from Florence, 15 km from Lucca, 50 km from Pisa, 50 km from Versilia and the beach, 55 km from the mountains of Abetone, 65 km from San Gimignano, and much more.
