VerdeMare Home is a cozy apartment located in Pesaro, in a semi-central area (not in the restricted traffic zone); both the city center and the beach are easily accessible in just a few minutes. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, and full of greenery; there is also a small park with a playground right across from the apartment.
The apartment, equipped with every amenity, is on the fourth and top floor of a small building with an elevator. It is very bright, with two balconies, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen.
