She was amazing that day as well as our entire 11 day stay. Francesca was very helpful with making arrangements for our spa experience and finding us our transportation to the airport. "Clean rooms with ok space. The place is a bit outdated and the doors are paper thin so not that quiet. Nice staff and easy parking. Overall good value for money."
